An iPhone that can actually be used as a phone - would you guys like that?
 
Trust me the info is correct. I am in the "know" and January Big Red will have their version of the iPhone. I wonder if this will halt the drive of Android devices. Only time will tell but this is good news for everyone that loves competition.
 
Actualy it is confirmed that Verizon will
get the 3GS. Verizon will always be a year behind AT&T. I am obviously more "in the know" than anyone else here.

Not here to bicker but I commented on something I have info about and my info does not come from what is in the media. I haven't logged in really since 08 and happened to run into this thread. Lets just say this January of 2011 there will be an iPhone for Verizon. I have no clue if it will be LTE or CDMA but I got the news a couple of days ago. This is why people are now going to have to pay $325 etf if they want to jump ship.
 
I am selling a few really nice bridges in great condition. Trust me.
 
didnt Verizon just start a campaign fully dedicated to the Droid for a year??

and yet they are jumping onto the iPhone bandwagon
I dont see the iPhone with Verzion for another 1-2 years

I understand what you are saying and I truly figured the contract would stand until 2012. Hey who knows but what was said is Android is really increasing in market share and the only way to curb this would be to go after the largest mobile carrier. We will see, just as you said you work for Apple and this is not the company I work for but the company I work for says this is definite. As we all know in business nothing is definite until the contract is signed, no pun intended. I am not here to spread false information but I did comment on what I was told and that probably should have been kept private until an official announcement from these companies. No ill will mate!

It's been in the media for some time now. Ashok Kumar has known about it for a while. BoyGeniusReport posted it.

Not news ... just not accepted by most applenatics. :rolleyes:
