12 sexual partners at age 30? Shouldn't most people be married by then?

Also, here's the source of that information and more.

The chart pretty much speaks for itself; I'll just say that the numbers for all three brands are for 30 year-olds, so it's not a matter of older, more experienced people preferring one phone to another. We found this data as part of our general camera-efficacy analysis: we crossed all kinds of user behaviors with the camera models and found we had data on the number of sexual partners for 9,785 people with smart phones. We dropped what we found into Excel, and voila. Here's the plot by age:

The way they gathered the data is, quite interesting, but it yields inaccurate and skewed results.

I am actually surprised that women have more avg sexual partners than men

Difference is probably not significantly significant.

Then does being married automatically negate or wipe away all previous sexual partners you have had in your past? Well, maybe it does. :(

This statement kinda bothers me. Who says anyone has to be married by any certain age or how many sexual partners is an appropriate number. My father didn't marry my mother until he was 49, I was born when he was 50.

Not according to my husband. I swear, I wish that man had laid half the county before we got married.

If it did, I'd be set. That's what I get for being an experimental youth, I reckon. ;)

Whoa. Are you a chick? Give us some insight.

Whoa. Yes! :D

I just don't see a phone, even an iphone, being all that much of a status symbol anymore. At least not enough to get you laid!

Now if we were talking a Star Tac back when I was in high school this might be a different story. :D

I doubt this is true. Before I got married, I never looked at what cell phones the guys were using at the clubs, and to this day, I still don't. ;)

Although age is just a number, most girlfriends/wives want to start a family and raise a kid before their mid-life crisis starts.

Someone once introduced his wife as... "This is my wife, she's the best I could do with the car I had at the time."... :p

I guess that saying might change... "This is my wife, she's the best I could do with the phone I had at the time" :D ;)

why? it's easier for a woman to get laid than it is for a man.

ex:
confident man approaches woman, has a high chance of getting laid.
non-confident man - almost zero chance of getting laid.

non-confident woman - doesn't have to do anything. can get laid simply because of her vagina.

I made a sensational headline, but I think it's more a mark of the people who buy an iPhone rather than the phone itself. Like people who own Apple products live in a way that is more appealing than Android users. I know that that is an insane stereotype, but look at the people who have iPhones. Hipsters, those in the music business, creatives, and artists.
