System Preferences - Display - Color(select default profile) - Open Profile

Then scroll to 13 and notice the Model number.

I just bought the new MBP 13". I used your method, and the display model is blank. What do the new MBPs have?
 
How were you able to swap so many times? I just saw the 9C85 today and it was amazing. I'd love to get a refurb model if I could get that screen :).

I just said I couldn't work with that glossy screen each time, in hopes that it would reach the customer satisfaction department and they'd make the matte option available for all unibody models...
 
I have calibrated my late 2008 uMBP with apples standard calibrator. It took sometime but I think this is as best I can get it by eye. What do u think, I took some pictures to give an idea of viewing angle etc. Also I have the 9c85 screen which seemed more yellow than white, until calibrating. It might be a bit cooler than it should be though.

The colour from left to right is red, green, yellow, blue, white, grey, black. I did it in photoshop quickly to test with.
