I cannot decide between the classic leather buckle, and the leather loop.

I like how the leather loop looks nice and easy to take on and off.

However, I prefer how the classic buckle attaches to the watch with a steel mechanism.

I wonder if the leather loop will be put under a lot of stress at the point it connects to the watch, and over time may develop a weak spot, or start to fray.

I'm assuming based on price, Apple is using very high quality leather, so this may be a non issue, but it's a concern.

This post made me decide to go with the SS with the Milanese loop. I love it!

That's my choice so far but really want to know how this magnetic loops will hold up in regards how secure they are, I really don't like that boring bracelet apple made and I wish they offered more bracelets or atleast the mesh one with a deployment buckle.

I'm torn between the Black Classic Buckle and the Black Leather Loop. I like the look of the Classic Buckle, but I'm concerned the feel of buckle will bother me. I can't find a good hands-on picture of the Black Leather Loop. The Apple stock pictures make it seem more grey than black compared to the Classic Buckle which looks completely black. The leather loop looks really comfy, but I don't want it to be grey.

I'm most concerned with all these magnetic connections on the leather loop and Milanese band.

I don't want to risk the watch falling off because the magnets were not strong enough to hold on and my wrist bending a certain way or whatever causing it to unclasp, fall off and crack.

Do you really think Apple is going to design a watch with such weak magnets that it's liable to fall off whatever you do?

Look at pic 4 as well as pic 5. It looks like the black dot on the crown got caught on something and got cut up. I shouldn't say it's a dot because in fact it's a rod. Perhaps made of plastic? In Apple's "gold" video they show a gold crown being made and it's hollow.

I'm pretty sure that's just a reflection.

These are oddly more appealing than the official shots lol. It's usually the other way around.

More SS Space Black with Link bracelet

I was on the fence of getting one but I have to admit the watch looks great in photos. I will still probably wait for the 2nd Gen though. I wonder if Apple will do yearly upgrades of the device.

beautiful watch. It is pictures like these that 100% push me to the SS model. Who would have that beautiful and smartwatch could be used in the same sentence.

That is the question everyone is asking. I honestly think it will be 18 months at most. My logic behind that is applecare+ is for 2 years of coverage.

I've sneezed by my iPad Air with the case and it's fallen over, not from shaking a table or anything like that, but because of the wind that made it past my hands and hit the iPad.

Apple does many things brilliantly, but I am not about to hold my breath (no pun intended) for their magnets being good. I pray because I am getting the Milanese Loop or not getting one at all.
