I use my phone at the gym too and I went for the PLus. I think I'm gonna buy a flipbelt, seems like it can fit a Note 3/4 so I'm sure the iPhone + can squeeze in. It doesn't make sense to have a phone that big in an armband.

You don't actually depress home button to minimize the rows. You just touch it. Huge difference.

iPhone 6 is the way to go for me. I have my iPad Air if I need more screen real estate.

I tried the LG G3, although it isn't too bad to handle, I can see 5.5" becoming too annoying to use after a while, especially with added bulk from a case.
