those of you having issues with the app store what cydia stuff do you have installed? If you installed anything right off the bat i'd say uninstall it do a hard reset(power and home button) and go from there.

I can confirm the battery issues. Seeing a significant drop to an already mediocre 4S battery. My guess it's a tweak and not the actual jailbreak. My guess is bitesms
Anybody running into Ibooks issues? does the old crash on me on opening. I haven't found any of the ibook fix in cydia that work.

Anyone got a clear dock working? For some reason I can't get the stock dock to disappear.

Winterboard doesn't work on iPad 2, it will cause the icons to be spread apart, and the dock dissapears
Have you figured out anything to help? All I have installed is 5 icon dock, BiteSMS, and Zephyr, so I assume you're probably right.
Worked perfectly for me. Was a little worried that I have a SIM pin, but it was fine.
Just watch the Absinthe window on your computer and do exactly as it says...and be patient.
If I had to offer any suggestion, it would be the automatic closure of the Absinthe window on the Mac when the phone is doing its final reboot. I believe that there is a slight chance that a novitiate might press the [jailbreak] button on the application a second time, which would cause issues.

I dont know about the others, but for me it was just something at Apple's end. This morning it started working fine. Just bad timing made me think it was the JB; I'm glad I didn't restore
A lot of people are having this issue. I had this issue with my Ipad 2. What I finally tried was, go to settings, general, and reset on my Ipad 2, and chose to "Erase ALL Content and Settings", then from my Ipad 2, I restored from my Ipad 2 Icloud backup. I then waiting for all apps to sync through Icloud, then I reconnected to my Mac, opened Absinthe, and it worked.
