Between my wife and I, we have two Macs (MacBook Pro and iMac Pro) and two iPhones. If we put a new contact into the address book on any of those machines, it does not sync to any other machine. The result is that all our address books are out of sync, and I discover in the field that I don't have such-and-such's contact info because I entered it on my computer instead of my phone.

This used to work fine prior to Catalina. What gives, and more important, how can I fix it??

Unfortunately, you have entered the black hole that has existed with Apple since the dawning of time. Lesson: Apple's core competence is NOT syncing.

I'm STILL cleaning up the contacts after all these years. 🤬

Bummer. I have seen the same thing over and over too... :( Do you have an alternative to suggest? Some other (non-Apple) contact app that works on both Mac and iPhone and works across a family?
