Can you send me more specifics about what you are seeing? arn@normalkid.com

Screenshots would help.

I only see it load initially and don't see the page jump around after the initial load.

Hi,

I can’t send screenshots of the screen jumping it seems as it’s when I scroll.

Here’s 2 screen grabs. My eyes just can’t take this layout.

fyi, that bottom ad goes away if you are logged in (not in an incognito window).

edit: will look into the aggressiveness of the mobile ads

I find it getting worse on mobile as well. When I am logged in I am getting a large ad between every 2 or 3 stories on the front page.

Thank you for looking into it, appreciated.

I understand that when logged in there’s a different behaviour, I was trying to avoid stuff being cached to get a screenshot.

I know it’s about getting a balance, however I can’t imagine many new users sticking around / coming back with this layout, the site appears cheap to me now, very sorry to say, I used to get a sense of class and felt informed and trusted the information here.

When did the last big change kick in? I don’t ever remember any ads, or certainly none getting in the way, suddenly they all appeared it seemed?

I get Ad at the top then an Ad every 2 posts then an Ad at the bottom.

It should be much better for logged in users now.
