I dont think that I have seen this specific issue on the forums, but please merge if it exists.

For the past few days, when I plug in my AirPods case, it will charge the AirPods themselves, but the battery inside the case does not seem to be taking a charge. As of today, it is all the way down to zero percent.

I reset the case last night, re-paired, but am still facing the same issue.

Thoughts?

I haven't seen this issue encountered on here. Perhaps the charging case is faulty. You're looking at a warranty replacement with Apple if anything. Unfortunately, it likely would be delayed for replacement with the backorders.

Have you tried other charger? If using PC to charge it, you must install drivers for the AirPods.
