Well most of those major products do include power buttons. You should definitely be put in charge of all product design decisions at Apple. They haven’t be able to make much money with their existing designs, none of which are very popular or sell very well.
Or you could just use them as designed, set them aside when you’re not using them, put them back on to use and they’re already working... why invent stupid rituals for yourself that take more effort and accomplish nothing useful?Wait a minute. So you’re telling me if I had these I’d have to go into the settings and disconnect them every time I’m done using them and then connect them thru the same menu when I do want to use them? Rather than just turning them off and on?
Now that’s a bit dumb...
How them Apple batteries selling? How much of the market is Apple TV grabbing? How about HomePod? Yeahhhhhhhh. They aren't all winners. And if your point is that because their products sell well that they're all brilliantly designed....hoooboy, put down the koolaid. You should definitely be put in charge of all product design decisions at Apple. They haven’t be able to make much money with their existing designs, none of which are very popular or sell very well.
Spending 500+ on a pair of bluetooth headphones whose battery was literally designed to die faster because it can't be shut off is one of the stupidest things I've ever seen someone defend.Or you could just use them as designed, set them aside when you’re not using them, put them back on to use and they’re already working... why invent stupid rituals for yourself that take more effort and accomplish nothing useful?
Do you think tapping the “power” button on your iPhone turns it off?Well most of those major products do include power buttons.
Same thing that happens to normal AirPods, they drain battery quickly because instead of being paired, they're now searching for a new device (in the case of AirPods Max, they do this for 2 hours before going into a deeper sleep state). What if you just take them off without putting them in the case, but also disconnect bluetooth on the iPhone?
Quite the opposite - they want you to just use them without having to mess with a power button.Form over function
lol what?!Do you think tapping the “power” button on your iPhone turns it off?
Do you think long-pressing it and selecting “slide to power off” really turns it all the way off? (Surprise, it’s still awake enough to watch for the button being pushed again, to turn it back “on”.)
If they don’t have anything to complain about what will they do with their lives? LolDear MacRumors: stop giving people one less thing to whine about
Yep just like the regular AirPods, which also never stop draining even when in their case. The nice thing about those is at least the case tops them off. The case for the Max only serves to embarrass the buyer.Exactly. The battery will have to be replaced way too early.
They could spend their time on forums defending a corporation that doesn't care one iota about them.If they don’t have anything to complain about what will they do with their lives? Lol
Well you bought them 🤣🤣🤣Mine drained 6% between 1am and 9am. They should add power off via long hold of the transparency button. Coming from QC35s that I charge like once per 1-2 weeks, this kind of sucks.
