Nice! Wish they would have made this more clear during the order/info process. I cancelled a Silver set specifically because I feared the white pads would look bad after a while. I re-ordered Space Gray. Which will looking pretty cool with red pads!

Did some googling seems like these ear cups use polyester, shame. Once I walked into a high end store and asked if something was polyester, since I am allergic, and they said we don't use any synthetic materials. If we are to believe apple is high end it's a bit disappointing.
If these are so easily replaceable 3rd party options would pop up pretty quickly with leather or other materials. There is never a shortage of all kinds of accessories for any Apple product it seems.

I’m just wondering if magnets will hold cushions as efficiently like MagSafe holds the leather wallet on an iPhone’s back? 🤔🤔🤔

Bruh, if you don’t have plenty of those you aren’t ready. You work your way up to these cans. Start at the bottom.
The only time I would have a problem with no charger included is if you can't charge with existing cables and charges, which the iphone, and this can do. I am so confused why people are upset. If you want to take advantage of quick charging, then yes you can buy the charger, but everyone has the chargers and cables already.

Looks rude to me 🤣

$69 for a set of replacement ear pads is not cheap but compared to some other headphones (costing somewhat more than the AirPods Max), it's not outrageous, e.g. $149 for replacement ear pads (which also attach magnetically) for Meze Empyrean headphones:
