Have you tried carrying a subwoofer in your pack pack? 👊😎👍

Thank you. The original APP mic quality is abysmal. Whenever I'm on a voice call and outside walking, I get constant complaints from the people I am talking to that the background noise is intolerableWhat about mic quality when in facetime/zoom/discord calls? Anyone know if that was tested?
I use my APP1 for running and I actually turn ON noise cancellation. I find that useful to help cancel out the wind noise. No problems for me.I went to buy the original pros and a Apple Store employee runner at the Apple Store said they don’t work well for running because of the noise canceling- every time your foot strikes it breaks the seal and gives off feedback. I eventually bought them but I was surprised the runner didn’t use the obvious solution for running - turn off noise cancellation. I prefer by beats for running but these work fine if needed. For everything else they work amazing so I cannot wait to upgrade. Probably next year on Black Friday.
Exactly , getting sick of some of these youtubers and their hype. I do have the pros now and I just have a feeling the new ones do not much sound better. I will waitSpoiler alert... She's going to love them. lol.
Not for me, no.Anyone else order them with a delivery date of 9/23, but still “Preparing for Shipment?”
That’s odd. I use my APP on work Webex calls for hours at a time every day and am told that the mic quality is great. Plenty of colleagues I’m talking with are wearing APPs too. Even when I’m out, walking in traffic, I’m told there’s no background noise. I do have Noise Cancellation enabled with one earbud in accessibility, though I don’t think transparency or ANC have any impact on the mic for phone calls.Thank you. If by "not intersectional" you mean she's "too white and too privileged" for this audience, I doubt it. It may have something to do with the fact that she provides zero technical or critical review points for any Apple product, amounting to little more than a shill. That, and people here don't seem to like her much. Why did @arn decide to stop featuring iJustine in all the new reviews? Is she not intersectional enough for this crowd?
That and she is easy on eyes. Given YouTube algorithm I have wondered, in the most cynical way possible, why there is not a review channel that does all the reviews with girls in bikinis. YouTube is the clickbait site of the universe and it surprises me no one has just decided - screw it let’s go as low as possible.
But iJustine is likely richer than my wildest dreams so if someone said I could review stuff I already like and just be mostly pro I would take that job in a second. She found a niche that works for her so good for her.
If people are going to rush out and buy these because (as Welch says) "they sound superior and deliver the cleanest, most dynamic output of any AirPods to date" I bet will be disappointed that they don't sound that much better. This sounds more like a paid advertisement. "any AirPods to date"? Even AirPods Max? Doubtful.

That’s great. Maybe I run too hard but when I land the gap opens and the noise cancellation freaks out. Maybe I should try some larger foam tips.I use my APP1 for running and I actually turn ON noise cancellation. I find that useful to help cancel out the wind noise. No problems for me.
"Sounded great" is very relative. Hamburger tastes great until you've had a properly prepared Ribeye or Filet.Always sounded great to me.

Interesting that they chose to include SMALLER tips, I have the LARGEST tips in my APP1's and they still fall out of my ears. Give me BIGGER tips please!
is there a way to setup an alart for when battery drops below 20%? for both mac OS and ios, cause my mac never tells me the battery level of the case only the earbuds.

Exactly, it’s relative to me. The seal on my APP are perfect and the bass is ‘great’ for me. If I need bass that’s gonna blow my mind I’m gonna get in my car and take a drive or turn on Definitive house system."Sounded great" is very relative. Hamburger tastes great until you've had a properly prepared Ribeye or Filet.
Regardless, I use my Libratone Track+ when I exercise (walk outdoors) every day. They sound fantastic with lots of good bass that makes the music sound more realistic. The seal in my ears seems much better (even though I put foam tips on the APP's). When I use my APP's, the music just doesn't sound as full and realistic. It's missing something (bass?).
I agree. I'd be afraid to use noise cancellation outside like that. It'd be too easy to not hear a car coming and get hit.I was surprised the runner didn’t use the obvious solution for running - turn off noise cancellation.
All these comments about iJustine are hilarious!
But did that make them stay in your ears and which ones are you using? I'm always using foam tips with my wired IEs, but they don't fit the APPs, so the only option is Beats Fit Pro for me with an annoyingly large case.I had to get foam tips because they regularly fell out while running with the original ones.
Interesting, the sound quality + battery life make the Sennheiser Momentum 4's sound appealing. Do you find that you miss the ease of pairing from the AirPods Pro? That would be my only hesitation.I just bought Sennheiser Momentum 4’s. My AirPods Pro’s have slightly better noise cancelling and obviously the pairing is very slick. But the Momentum 4’s kick the APP’s a** when it comes to sound quality. No contest. Plus 60 hour battery life. The only time I use my APP now is when I don’t want to be wearing cans.
