There seem to be a lot of problems people are reporting about the new Apple AirPods Pro. My are expected to arrive next week. Is there anybody that just absolutely loves the new Apple AirPods Pro.

I just read that whole thread along with this one. There are some positive reviews for the Pros, but largely the “mine just arrived and I like them” variety. Also negative reviews in that thread. I’m starting to wonder about cancelling our pending order for two pairs of Pros for my wife and I. We ordered last week and they aren’t due until early February. AirPod 2s might be a safer and less expensive option. Stuck on the fence.

I've had mine since shortly after release and love them and have had absolutely no problems with them. Gauging a product on an Internet forum is never a good idea. This is the place where people come to complain whereas the majority with no problems are not posting here.

Thanks. Amazon reviews tend to be more real world for me. I found the hundreds of reviews here useful: https://www.amazon.com/Apple-MWP22A...show_all_btm?ie=UTF8&reviewerType=all_reviews. Maybe we’ll hang in and give them a try. Fingers crossed.

Yeah, I tend to look at Amazon/Best Buy reviews rather than Internet forums. If you read enough you'll find folks that have had them for a while so their reviews aren't knee jerk reactions from a product they've had for an hour.

me, even if they have some bugs that will be hopefully fixed with the next firmware update.

Had mine since launch and I love them. Mine have had two updates and still work perfectly. I would give them a try. You have 14 days to return them. If your really concerned about long term reliability get AppleCare as I did.

I’ve had mine for a month and love them, they’re actually comfortable for me unlike the previous AirPods. My only complaint is the lack of volume control and the inability to skip back and forward 15 seconds when listening to audiobooks. ANC is great, although I would like it better so as not to hear my neighbours TV/radio or my cat’s water fountain at all.
