Can confirm, unable to log into iCloud. iMessages also taking their sweet time being delivered.

Down for me too. I hope this doesn't last long.

'Connection Error' on icloud.com, no email through Mail app in Mavericks, check on phone now... nope not working.

Or this could actually be good news. It's a sign they're actively trying to solve the "reset setting-->Delete Icloud" issue.

What I don't understand is why a company with that much money in the bank can't go out and hire/buy some more talent for cloud services?!?

I just shut my phone off. Every 5 seconds I was getting a message about an incorrect password. Entered the correct password, and still got the message.

Tapped cancel, and it pops up every 5 seconds.

If Mr. Jobs were around heads would be rolling. Many people would be looking for a new job. I miss his temper tantrums. Mr. Cook needs to grow some balls!

or....no wait, I shouldn't say that.....

This is why I don't like "cloud" services. My data, my servers, my control. If something goes wrong, I'm the one who can fix it. Much better.

I agree

probably rolling back the data into the accounts who have accidentally deleted everything via the reset issue in batches.

So Apple is going through a rough patch. Big deal.

I mean it sucks right now for the people affected, from the customers to the employees, but given the fact that this is all happening over the same relatively short period of time, I doubt this is a sign of a longterm problem so much as a short term issue that can (and will) be resolved.

I'm still in. :apple:

Something random happened to me.
I called my wife's with my iPhone and as soon as I pressed the call button, a prompt for HER icloud popped up for a couple of seconds. Then, it disappeared on its own.

Stop iCloud ... Stop the losses. Apple sure don't want a lot of users losing ALL their data - pretty hard to explain that you're running the premier service in the country and people's data goes POOF.

Want to know what that sounds like - remove an icon from your dock.

I was joking. I know how cloud services work ;)

I just checked system status page about half an hour ago and it didn't say anything. For the last hour, my iPhone has been prompting me every five minutes to put in my iCloud password. This explains the issue I guess.
