So you guys are anti-battery life for illuminated logo that really serves no useful purpose? Would it be cool? I guess. But I'd personally rather have the battery life and not be as cool.
I would guess, that the logo only glows, when the backlight of the Display is also on. Just like in a MacBook. That way no extra battery is consumed.

Except, unlike in a Macbook, all the internal hardware of the iPhone is between the display and Apple logo.

Thats an iPod shell, not iPhone. Apple wouldnt go back to a single flash instead of 2, thats going back in time vs moving forward. Also the bands, thats another step back in design. NOT AN IPHONE

The point of the tru-tone flash wasn't to have two individual flashes. It was to be able to dynamically adjust the color of the flash to each photo. Moving forward would be combining those two flashes into one singular unit that can adjust it's color dynamically. This IS moving forward.

This. Combining the current two-tone into a single light. Say it with me now, "innovation".

I hope Apple won't stop producing 4" phones.
I use "normal" pants, and not skater clothes, fitting this into pants seems to be a challenge itself.

I use a phone with a 4.7" screen currently and wear "Normal" (including a suit everyday) pants and don't have any trouble with it in my front pockets. It appears the 6 is going to be longer than my current phone but still doesn't seem it will be an issue.

If you really think this is a problem, you're either a petite female or wearing pants that are far too small.

THE APPLE LOGO WILL NOT GLOW. That cut out will be filled with a black plastic apple logo insert which serves the purpose of allowing Wifi signals to pass through the aluminium body of the phone.

<------ The Mac mini has this, and the iPad3 (and 4?) also. If you disassemble the mac mini the black plastic Apple logo can be popped out revealing an apple shaped cut out in the metal.

I'm all for iPhone rumors, but isn't this like the 10th identical design that's made front page news? We all assume at this point the final design will look like this, and we still don't know if this particular incarnation is a genuine part.

Not all of us. I don't blindly believe everything the rumour train says. I think it's a possibility and leave it at that.

High Percentage That's It's Not Apple's, If There's No Wow-Factor & Elegance

Hi. It looks good but Apple's requirement is it should be above good (aka: great). There's no wow-factor and elegance which is what Steve Jobs described a great looking product. It's probably a China clone. There are no FCC and things like that on the cover.

Have a great upcoming sunday mass/great upcoming weekend. It's good WWDC is almost here, so thankful to Apple.

God bless. Rev. 21:4

Wow, are you still under the delusion that Apple makes stuff for your pleasure and you should be grateful... Sorry to burst your bubble fella, but they make stuff to sell..PERIOD!.. they rely on you more than the other way round..

They should make the bands thinner and more appealing if that's really going to be on the back.

In a Macbook, the logo is on the back of the thin display. Nothing to block the light. The iPhone on the other hand is cram packed with battery and electronics. No room to have empty space between the display on the front and gratuitous illuminated logo on the back.

The logo will not be lit.

----------

I personally don't need a large phone. The 4" display is reasonably comfortable. I have an iPad Air if I want a bigger display.

I think the design looks cheap compared to the elegance of the iPhone 4/4s/5/5s.

I'll wait to see if they come out with other features. I may not upgrade although I need to get a phone anyway planning to switch our other line from Verizon to Tmobile.

In the real Apple logo the leaf has more space from the apple.
Maybe they made it on purpose on the "demo" cover because it's not final.

There's a good reason why they stopped doing iPhones at WWDC. Apple wants to release their most popular product right before the holiday season. Early June doesn't sell as well, so if they announce any hardware at all, it's generally stuff for the back-to-school crowd, or the kind of hardware the Pros use to do their work.

This is the most ridiculous overstatement. I mean, who really buys iPhones as holiday gifts?? Once your mobile carrier contract is up, you upgrade your phone plain and simple.

The recent September release schedule may sync up nice with back-to-school and holiday season, but it's more to coincide with Apple's Chinese manufacturing cycles.

so lets say until know we already know ONLY the dimension of the phone right?
about 138x67. But i think apple will not let those bezels like in iphone 5, they will be thinner, so by my math the display will be a 4.8" or 4.9"

Wishful thinking bud!

The green looks like a protective film, rather than an actual product color.
