Active applications

Is it me or is it impossible to see which applications are open? Safari looks to be open, but there's no indicator for the icon. That can't be good.

Since Mavericks, the dock defaults to no indicator lights I think. You can enable them in System Preferences.

Mavericks wallpaper?

Redesigned finder but all other icons the same?

If it's legit it's very old and early on.

Account is already deleted and the imgur photo set has already been pulled offline.

This is the real deal.

You are correct sir!

The only time I have ever needed to enable the indicator lights after installing OS X (and I always do a clean install when I upgrade OS X) was on one of the lion DPs, back in 2011. They were enabled by default in mavericks too, or I am going insane.

Interesting how neither Finder nor Safari seems to have no window title area to speak of? They both look like Google Chrome style, or Explorer in Windows Aero.

That Control Center screen is pretty much a huge mess. Hope it's changed or gone away. So much wasted space.

Even though I'm not a HUGE fan of iOS 7's flat UI

....I gotta admit. If this is the real deal, it looks damn good on OS X!

I'm ready.

Has OS X 10.10 but doesn't know how to take screenshots lol

From the original thread where he posted, the moderator seems to imply that he released those photos blurry intentionally, I guess to cover file names and so on. They were able to confirm his identity with MacRumors along with undoctored photos.

hope its not real, do not need flat on my mac, do not need stupid notifications on my mac, no quick control center. Who the hell came with idea that both systems, mobile and pc should look similar? WHY? These are completely different paradigms.

when I did a clean install of Mavericks I had to turn them on. It's off by default (to support that whole illusion they had in 10.7 about your apps always being ready)
