Both phone screenshot resolutions are higher than what Twitter allows so they will downscale the image. That's irrelevant.
I guess my twitter works different than yours then because when I upload a screenshot from a 6.5 and copy original it's size is larger than the one Jon posted claiming to come from a 6.7".

After 3 years we are getting the same size notch. What an absolute disgrace.

And please don't say it doesn't matter. It still means no battery percentage. And YouTube video in landscape being covered by the notch. Utterly ridiculous.
While I wouldn't go as far as call it a disgrace, last year when iPhone 11 was announced, I was hoping iPhone 12 would move the speaker and microphone inside Face ID sensors and front camera array to the top edge, largely mirroring the bottom edge. And in effect, reducing the notch.

100% agree with you. Face ID is clearly a dead-end tech at this point if it cannot be shrunk or moved. Under display is years off still

Most dont want to stare at a big notch anymore and makes a poor media experience.

Sure, other than Max Weinbach, a pretty credible leaker, confirming it is real with a photo of an actual device...but sure, fake....

Realize most "leaks" dont see the light of day. Just because they dont come out publicly doesnt mean its not true internally and was accurate

Max Weinbach and his leaks weren't included when this post was first released and I responded. Still doesn't make me trust Jon.

Who's to stop someone from just putting these screenshots on their XS Max or 11PM, taking a photo of it, and claiming it to be the iPhone 12 Pro Max though?

This has to be fake. 4K 240fps? Even higher-end professional cameras have trouble doing that while costing thousands more. I could maybe see 4K 120fps and 1080p 240/480 for slow-mo.

So.... the 5.4" will just be forced to display military/world time since it won't have room for am/pm.

Or the location notifier.

Sure we don't need that.

Nice.

Don’t people testing the PVT models have additional toggle switches for settings that may or may not remain in the GM? Not doubting the extra Settings here, but it’s hard to know what that’ll look like in a month & a half.

Prosser claims that some of the 6.7-inch PVT iPhone models are equipped with 120Hz displays and some are not, and the alleged settings screenshots do mention the existence of both.

How would you know if you buy a “good model”??

Also saw Ross Young, who is more reliable say it isn’t happening.

Screenshots from EveryApplePro are fake, it's an iPhone 11 Pro Max on iOS 14.

Beta 6 now shows am/pm in the notch.

The 12 pro (max) may or may not have it, but this particular "leak" does nothing to make me think it will. Sloppy fake.
