The way things are going, even if no one on MacRumors buys any iPhones, Apple's stock will still go upMake sure everyone on Macrumors buys up all these iPhone 12's, I want my Apple stock price to go up.

iOS also struggles. I meet that issue often when visiting some of the websites. But I have never seen iPad pro stuttering.Android struggled with smooth scrolling for years so you were never exposed to that issue.
Very important to emphasize that both Prosser and Weinbach are saying this is still a PVT model, half them do not have this option, meaning this is still something that has the chance of not coming to fruition
This is NOT a confirmation of 120Hz, simply that Apple is TRYING their BEST to get it done this year
Every time people bring up Steve Jobs it makes me cringe. 😖I want 120 Hz if it’s not gonna mess with the price, it’s not gonna mess with the battery life, it’s not gonna mess with color accuracy, and it’s not gonna mess with processor speed. If it messes with any of those, I don’t want it. Apple can save it until they can implement it properly with LTPO technology, which is rumored for next year.
Steve Jobs was a person who would delay and delay a feature until they got it absolutely the way they wanted it. He would never rush anything, even if they had to have a new version of the device out every single year. That’s why the iPod touch third GEN didn’t have a camera, but the fourth GEN did. Even though there were rumors that the third GEN wood up until the day before it was announced.
That’s why they never stuffed a G5 into a powerbook, no matter how many customers bugged them too.
That’s why adding a retina display to the second generation iPad was scrapped about a month before it came out. The original A5 chip just could not handle it, so it was delayed for the third generation iPad. The info about that retina display had already been rumored for months, we had the exact resolution and everything. And it was scrapped just a month before the product was announced. So no, this isn’t new for Apple. They wait until they can have perfection, and if they can’t, then the feature will be scrapped and saved for a later date.
Keep this in mind, if you enable 120 Hz on the galaxy S 20, the resolution gets down scale to 1080 P. They just cannot handle both a high resolution at a high refresh rate at the same time. Apple would never compromise like that
If by “outdated” you mean “futuristic and awesome,“ yes.
r/woooshweird, I’ve been using an iPhone for almost 10 years, and I’ve never had a problem with the scrolling. neither has anyone else I know or I’ve heard of who has been using an iPhone for the last several years.
Therefore, it is not a must. It is a want of yours

You’ll be waiting forever. If Apple had any intention of switching usb-c they would have done it years ago, like they did Mac and iPad Pro.It seems like iPhone development is on hold before somthings really great.
Still whaiting for usb-c...
looks like only the Pro models will be 120 hz
Yeah, I don't use 24 hour time. Can't get it to show if it's there.
Looks like it doesn’t work in the US. I’m in the UK1. Change your region to Switzerland.
2. Turn off 24-Hour Time (it gets turned on automatically for Switzerland).

It would be trivial to write an app in Xcode to create arbitrary "High Refresh" and "Camera Features" toggles.
Update: EverythingApplePro has also shared the same screenshots on an alleged iPhone 12 Pro Max test device. Curiously, these screenshots show an "AM" next to the time, which is allegedly visible due to the extra display space on either side of the device.
Most of us prefer having it be there.Just as ridiculous as claiming that not showing battery percentage at all times is a major problem.
