I showed them the Amazon order status screen on my phone, but at the time Amazon had completely taken down the listing for the MacBook so you couldn't click/tap the item to view it. You also couldn't search the model number on Amazon, its like it never existed on Amazon at all, so because of that and the huge discount they denied it. Tonight Amazon seems to have brought the item back, although it shows unavailable, so maybe I'll go back tomorrow and try again. Store is only 10 minutes away, worst they can say is no again.

Amazon Customer Service Rocks! But thankfully they don't rock at communicating information on to others...probably didn't even report the price mistake. Probably just told the customer - sorry no good they will be cancelled. Amazon CSR don't know anything about what Amazon actually does...there just giving answers from their sheet.
Amazon Customer service rocks because they give people $$ & do whatever you tell the basically. Not because they are knowledgeable, communicate well, pass on proper information, etc.I was really bored and just wanted to talk with the Amazon Customer representative. They also said they would make sure to cancel everyone else's orders for the MacBook Pro's promptly. (Kidding...)!
