Unless you have a pending order with Amazon, there's very little chance of success. Supervisors will check Amazon for pricing and availability.
Show them the Order Details through Amazon app on your phone and be polite but persistent. I was able to get a second one last night.
Is it not possible to make them accept it being that it is what was advertised?
