That site works for me, but I'm not sure I'd order until someone from Alumacase states that they are accepting orders, either on here or on Facebook. Even though the site does say "now online".
Well what discount code did you use? Also were you charged taxes? If you are in CA then yes you should but elsewhere you shouldn't. Also where you able to order the carbon back? And what about shipping they claim a flat $5.00 but when I looked its charging $5.00/item.

Site works, but no carbon fiber availability - I also wouldn't suggest ordering until we get confirmation that they're really available!
And they are showing tax for me in Georgia as well, which makes no sense, as you have to have a physical address (the business does, not the buyer) to charge tax here. So it looks like there are still kinks to work out on the site. I'm tempted to go ahead and order to ensure that I get one before they are all sold out, but at the same time, www.alumacase.com isn't redirecting to the finished site yet.
Plus if you look the different cases are moving to different locations on the page when you go back to look at different colors. Its definitely not ready yet. I am going to hold off for now.
Yep in fact if you poke around the web site there are links that don't work or when you as an example Black Case a Blue one pops up. So I agree I wouldn't jump the gun just yet. Not until we get the discount code promised.

Hmmm...everything stays in the same place for me, and all the products pop up as described when clicking on them (no blue instead of black for me). The only thing that I see is that the carbon backs aren't available, the pink case isn't available (neither of which matter to me), and I'm taxed in Georgia. Other than those things, it's all working fine for me.
I was bored and poking around the site. Anyone google the address? It must be his other business?? not great reviews for that business (to be fair, the bad reviews are 2 yrs old).

Id hold off until the site is up. They are most Likely just testing it. We haven't gotten a code yet and I don't see any updates on FB or here. They will most make anyone who ordered re-order if the site isn't really active.
I have entered 5 different states and it charges me tax in all of them and my paypal option does not work yet.
It's not even the right tax rate for me. Shows $5.55, but it should only be $4.20, if they are even supposed to charge me tax at all (which I doubt).
Same thing here $5.55, definitely the wrong tax structure where I'm located. Again they should not be charging tax if where you live they DO NOT have a physical presence. And shipping seems to be per item not a flat fee as he stated in one of his messages. And of course biggest issue where's the discount code?

I will announce when it is ready and give out the codes for mac rumors. I have no idea how people are getting urls when i just changed the CNAMEs on the servers like few hours ago...
That's ok as long as its done properly.
Please consider giving us ample time to visit site & prepare for our ordering. Somehow those 50 discounts are going to go mighty fast....
