Am I the only one obsessed with buying cases? (Pt. 3)

  • I've purchased a leather case from Totalee ( love it). Super thin and grippy.
  • Twelve south leather wallet case in Blue. Perfect for everyday when I need, cards, cash and iPhone in one place.
  • Leather wallet case from Trimleather on Etsy ( I don’t know why I buy from that site sometimes) It’s terrible, my iPhone looks like it has a bed skirt on it and the seller it’s fun to deal with.
  • My favorite case maker Orbino has finally posted that their cases are available for preorder. I’ll be using this one everyday and leather wears nice.
  • Grovemade bumpers look nice but one drop and I’d cry.

Hey the leather totallee case how does it fit? And do you swap it often does it get looser around the edges, I feel like my main complaint with those thin cases is the fact that they loosen up over time or repeated removals.

I use my Totallee case only at home. I love how thin it is. Throughout the day I use a leather wallet case. I’ve removed it probably 20 times. So far it’s fitting well.

Got my two cheap no name eBay “Peel” cases today. Exactly what I expected. Super thin and kind of Gripyish lol

Haha, I can’t wait.. only sad part is I have to wait almost two weeks for it. Hoping it comes sooner.. going to start looking for case deals on Black Friday

Few weeks ago B.B. had “Pre” Black Friday sale on all the Speck cases, maybe they’ll offer something different again, soon.

I know on Black Friday(or is it Thanksgiving Day )Bodyguardz is having half off site wide, if i didn’t already have one I’d pick up a screen protector from them personally. Really like the one I got from them at Att. Has alignment tray and all and lays good.

Did you get any speck cases for yours? I used to like them, but they’re a pain in the behind to take on and off, and I feel like it made the phone so bulky. Things could’ve changed since I last used them though.
 
Best Buy sales are up on their site. I don’t need anything but that hasn’t stopped me before. 50% on Speck again and OtterBox has deals as well.

Yes, I have Speck Presidio, Presidio Grip and Presidio Sport. They aren’t too bad. Had to take sport back and trade it for one with working buttons. The first one I had the buttons were SO hard to press it was unusable. I love the Presidio Grip, but I hate every time I remove phone from pocket it turns my pocket inside out. The sport has port covers; I’m always a sucker for good port cover. Sport has a mute switch knob which I REALLY like as well. The Grip is “grippiest”, second I would say regular Presidio and third would be Sport.

They aren’t ludicrously difficult to remove on X. Their candy shell line was the case I always personally had the most difficulty removing.

Another poor Speck jumped in my Walmart buggy this evening. ‍♂️

I think I prefer this over the Presidio Grip. Pretty “grippy” BUT doesn’t, so far, have tendency of turning my pocket inside out upon the phones removal.

Haha that used to be my favorite case when I had the iPhone 6. Only thing was a PITA to take on and off.. wanted to throw it across the room. Lol

I have a couple more not pictured. Picked up an external battery case that charges via lightning charger.
