Am I the only one that thinks the earpiece volume of iPhone 6 is too low??

My 6 is plenty loud and clear.

Whenever I talk to someone I need to put it at the highest volume and I still sometimes have trouble hearing the other person even then. Any of you run into this issue with the new iPhone 6? Also I feel as if the earpiece isn't as clear as before, conversations sound muffled at times.

Thoughts??

Just out of curiosity, did you take off the original plastic cover?
Had a coworkers husband do this and he brought it in to the Apple store and they just removed the film, lol.
