It took me a few days to get used to the size of the 6 Plus but now I can't imagine going back to a smaller phone. When I pick up my roomies 5S or my friends 6 they both just feel so tiny.

Every time I pick up my wife's 5s (my former iPhone) after using my 6. I just think how weirdly narrow and tall it is.

Not missing my 4 or 5/5S at all!

The 6 is perfect and it is what I had hoped the 5/5S would be.

Perfect size for me.:)

Could not agree more. Users were calling for a larger phone well before the 5S was launched. I always buy my phones full price and the only thing I can fault apple on is not launching the larger phone 12 months ago.

I've owned every iPhone model since they were launched in 2007, and I do love my 6, which I have had for just under two weeks now.

However... when I pick up and hold my 5S again, it just feels "right" and is more comfortable to use and hold. I don't have small hands, but I do use my phone with one-hand more frequently than I realized. The 6 never feels quite secure in my grip, and the slightly larger keys on the keyboard have slowed down my typing, because there's more distance for my thumbs to travel.

I'll continue using my 6, but if I'm completely honest with myself, I would much rather go back to the 5S. It makes me a bit sad, because I doubt Apple will ever go back to producing devices at the smaller sizes, and I feel like I might be the only one who feels this way.

Am I crazy and alone, or is there someone out there who agrees?

My iPhone 5 feels like a toy now compared to my 6+. while it worked well and it served it's purpose for the two years I am loving the larger size of the 6+.

can we all just agree that there are different sizes that work better for different people?

i don't doubt the 6+ form factor feels great for a lot of people, but please understand that a lot of us also love the 4S form factor. i've had the 6 for several weeks now, and whenever i pick up my 4S, the smaller screen makes little difference to me, but i still find it way more comfortable to hold.

again, i'm not saying this to dismiss the larger phones. i'm just saying i hope companies eventually realize there is a market and value to both.

Not me. I went to android because I got sick of small screens. When 6+ came out, I went back to iPhone.

I held my mom's 5s today while setting up her Bluetooth, and it felt completely foreign, I can't believe I ever thought that screen size was perfect and I was completely against Apple releasing larger screen phones. I was a fool.

Have 5s and happy with it :)

Although if I want to I can go ahead and get 6 or 6 plus anytime. But I played around with 6 from a friend and to me it is not a big deal.

It's exactly the opposite for me (and even my wife) when picking up a 5 or 4s. It just feels like a play phone. To each his own, but we've gotten so used to the 6. Now I'm thinking that next year I'll upgrade to the 6+.

This for me but I have the 6+.
Just this week I had to get some stuff over from my 5S and hated every second of trying to use it! I tried to type and text and wow it was difficult after having the larger keyboard.

Thank God I'm not the only one who thinks the 6 feels tiny too! A friend of mine got hers the same time I got mine and there's no way I'd pay to upgrade from 5/5S to that

I miss my 5c, that's not to say I made a mistake in getting the IP6+ or its a bad phone but there are things the 5c did better. There things I like on the IP6+ better. I don't have buyers remorse but there are aspects I do miss.

I've never owned an iPhone, keyboard sucked because the screen was too narrow. The 6 and 6 plus came out and I wanted one (been using iPads since release month).

Was in Best Buy the other day and an employee was carrying three small, white Applely looking boxes. I asked about them, they were 6 Pluses. Long story short. I've got one. Yippie.

They are not too big. It's what the iPhone 4 should have been.

If you think it's too big, get over it. Use it anyway. It's better for you.

I'm in your boat as well. I really miss the feel of my iPhone 4. I recently upgraded to a iPhone 5S, just because the pricing went so much down, when the iPhone 6 hit the shelves, and because my iPhone 4 was getting too slow.

If I could get my iPhone 4 back with the speed of an 5s or a 6, I'd buy it in a heart beat.

I Dont need the extra screen estate, just need a small pocket device. When I need to do serious work I power up my desktop machine. Or if I'm on the go, I'll have my iPad in the bag.

^ This. :)

The bigger screen has so many advantages: websites render better, books and comics can be read better, movies play back in true HD resolution, more data is on-screen at once without needing to scroll all the time... I could go on and on. :p

To those who say it sucks, stop using 1920x1080 on your desktop and go back to 640x480 then! ;)

Correct as to the bolded. It's better for YOU, not ME.

Do you put your deskitop in your pocket?

Actually, wise-guy (and I mean that in jest, not as an insult): YES. I use my 6+ with TeamViewer to access my desktop PC remotely. So, next question? :p

I can NEVER go back to such a small screen. I went from the 4s to the 6+ and it is an amazing difference

I don't get these "am I the only one" threads when, clearly, there have been dozens of threads about this already. No. You are not the only one.

Same here. I had the 6plus and had the same issues. I actually went ahead and switched back to the 4s, which feels perfect to me. However, the iOS 8 slows the phone down so I get these annouring lags here and there. Still deciding on keeping the phone or switching to the regular 6. If I do switch, I will be Jailbreaking on day #1 so that I can always downgrade and my phone won't be artificially made obsolete by Apple forcing a "better" OS down my throat.

I was finally able to find somebody willing to trade their 5s for my 6. Can't believe it took as long as it did. I gave it as much time as I could and while the extra real estate was nice, I just couldn't get used to the new size.

I don't have small hands by any means but I still found myself having to adjust my grip to get to the top of the screen and it got to the point that it was irritating for me.

Being back on the 5s is a bit of a shock. The screen feels smaller than I remember but I'm thinking the adjustment period will be shorter than when going the opposite direction.

OP here, checking back in...

I still have my 6 - the 5S is finally starting to feel "too small" in my hand now (though I do still really like the size).

I really started falling in love with my 6, though, after I got a new case, the Elago S6 Slimfit2. It makes the phone just slightly thicker, and its smooth edges make the phone much easier and much more comfortable to hold on to. I've never had a case change my opinion of an iPhone so much before, so needless to say, I am very happy with it! :D
