iPhone X Am I the only one with a 9/21 preorder still showing order in progress?

I have one XS in China since the 16th, and one that arrived in Korea yesterday. Both show as "In process" on Apple's site.

Unlike some others above, I've had Apple miss launch date shipping for me once in the past. We'll see.

You need to track by reference on ups site. Go to your order details from Apple and copy and paste your order number without the last 2 digits into the reference field on ups site. Then specify the destination country and your zip code and see what comes up. That’s how I found mine.

Thanks! Actually both of my packages are in Korea, and delivery estimated date is still 21st, so I think I will be getting my iPhone! Thanks for the help, I believe Apple is not updating their site then, as it still says preparing for shipment

I am in the same boat. I hope my phone gets her Friday or Saturday I am out of town for work on Monday.

I'm definitely thinking it's #2. My watch tracking shows it coming from China. When tracking for my phone was available, it was already here, and it hasn't budged since.
 
Same boat. Ordered iPhone and AW through Apple with delivery date of 09/21. One package has finally left Alaska and the other just left China. Given that we're a few hours away from 09/20 on the West Coast, I'll be impressed if both make it by the scheduled delivery date/time (both of mine are held for pickup at UPS CC 9:30AM Friday).

Can’t tell you how many times a launch day iPhone scan is missed with UPS and *POOF*~your phone has skipped everything and is on the truck for delivery in time.

Same year. I’m checking every freaking hour. I’m in Southern Cali so maybe there’s a destribution center close by
 
I still have Order in Progress for Pickup in the store, today it says Order in Progress but now I can’t cancel for the first time ever so I think they’ll be preparing it tonight for Ready for Pickup

That’s an easy flight. Remember, it’s set to deliver on Friday. That could be Friday night and not morning.

Everything that UPS delivers for the day is at the local hub the evening before or morning of for sorting and loading on trucks. That's why you can pick your phone up when your local hub opens (which is 9:30AM for me) on Friday.

My order still on att website shows preparing to ship yet I got a email from fed ex saying my package will be delivered tomorrow.
 
I just got my shipping confirmation emails (they send two for the same thing?) from Apple, came in about 2am this morning.

Just checked the app and the green bars have progressed to shipped :)
 
Not looking good, mine finally moved overnight but arrived in Korea this morning, not Alaska like it should have gone

Mine is now showing a departure scan from anchorage at 11:15 pm 9/19/18 it only spent 2 hours in anchorage so they do move fast

It’s looking perfectly fine. I have one in China and another one in Korea. Ups works real fast from overseas to here. Plenty of time. Besides, delivery is for Friday, any time. Not Friday morning.

When I finalized my pre-order with Verizon the night they went live, I was given a 9/21 delivery date. However, my phone is still showing as processing with less than 24 hours to go. My world will not end if the phone doesn't arrive tomorrow, but it will be at least slightly disappointing given I had hopes it would arrive on time.

Edit: Just spoke to a Verizon rep. I was told that even though my pre-order confirmation stated Deliver By: 9/21......it is Shipping by: 9/21. He tried to tell me that the words deliver/ship are used interchangeably, similar to ordering anything online and in his example, Amazon. I can tell you after years of being a Prime member, if it states a Deliver by date...that is the date my items are "delivered" by, not shipped by.

I am not losing sleep over a phone not arriving until Monday. What I don't like is being fed a bunch of b.s. from a rep.

Doesn’t look good.

“There is an issue with your delivery and the carrier is unable to deliver your package. Please contact us at 1-800-MY-APPLE.”

UPS shows the packages still making progress, but something is up. Will have to call today.
 
I stayed up late the night they went on sale to pre-order my iPhone Xs MAX. Apple still shows mine is scheduled for arrival on Friday 9/21 HOWEVER this afternoon UPS tracking now shows scheduled delivery has been updated to Monday 9/24 end of day :mad: WTF????

Mine left Alaska it shows an hour ago (depaoscan at least) but now shows rescheduled for Monday

Mine shows changed to Monday as well
