Amazon is now selling the 2011 MBP 15" at 1,714.94. Just thought people should know. I wish I could buy it right now, but I have to wait a few weeks. :(

Thanks so much for the heads up. Amazon agreed to refund $35 for my high end 15" since it was $2194 just 3 days ago when I ordered it. Kudos to them in my book!

Ugh, if only I didn't get a great deal on the ADH black tie through BBY (we are talking over half the price of a squaretrade warranty......)

Oh well, Guess it means I just end up breaking even with the sale price factoring in A.D.H. protection...

Thanks for the heads up!!!

I just bought my 13" MBP on 3/6, got the 2 day shipping and it arrived today. Gave Amazon.com a friendly call and they agreed to refund me the $ 30 difference, great CS!! Now time to give that money back to Amazon and buy a Speck cover :D

THIS MUST MEAN UPDATES SOON! Don't buy!

Well I got 200 off with military discount and paid 85 for additional two year protection... I can live with that.

Err - either you are having lots of fun, or you don't know how updates work: the 2011 MBP line has been refreshed 2 weeks ago and it will take approx. 200 more days for another refresh.
