I'd guess 10 year olds

I didn't believe it before, but I believe it when people say there are 12-year olds on the forums now. My gosh.

You are being generous. The 12-year olds that I know are aware of the difference between "ITS" and "IT'S", and use them properly.

Of course, our local schools are in the top 99.99% of US schools (and our taxes up there as well).

damn that would be a nice improvement in both processing and GPU capabilities!

I'm so excited for ivy bridge and Trinity as well :D

i don't get people that's not happy with the iPhone 4S and will switch to android.

you really need to throw away of all your iOS apps that you bought since couple of years ago just for an android specs?

my galaxy S2 doesn't feel any faster than my iPhone 4 and the reality i feel my iPhone 4 is much more fluid, smoother experience than my non natural browser scrolling on the SGS2, never mind the jumping scrolling when i decided to tap to stop the scrolling in android browser.

Never had my SGS2 jump or anything. Also I use dolphin browser HD.

Plus the 'have to ditch iOS apps' argument is only going to get more intense with time; they're giving people a really nice out with this ... S of an upgrade.

Giving who? Many AT&T iPhone 4 owners singed a two year contract, which means their contract won't be up until June/July time frame, right in time for a the new iPhone 5. For Verizon owners that would be a little before the 5S comes out if they signed a two year or 5 if they did a one year, which many didn't. Now for the 3G/3GS owners who had their upgrade since summer this is who they are marketing it towards, + all the people on Sprint who want the iPhone. It's a very smart plan on Apples part when you really think about it.

Oh, no I'm just the same, on contract with Vodafone NZ for another 10 months, but it does set me thinking about getting out of the locked in system - although it could be that an iPod Touch stays in the hardware mix just to be able to play all the games :). They haven't made it quite as easy as with the desktop OS - don't like Lion, just restart into W7 and no need to look back. If we could run WP7 on the iPhone it would definitely be something worth trying.

Even if you believe that light travels with 30.000 km/s, it still travels with 300.000 km/s. So it does not matter what you "think".

And the GHz are not very important in todays processors, because each newer generation has more load/store units, which load data from the RAM in the processor cache, and which store data from the processor cache to the RAM. This is what makes modern processors much faster. Sandy Bridge is such an example. x264 developers needed more parallel memory access, and they got it. The result is that x264 is dramatically faster on Sandy Bridge CPUs. The same applies to non-Intel ARM-CPUs. The lower nanometer structures allow more memory load/store units, without increasing the temperature of the semiconductor material.

Well i do some research and i must say you are wrong!!!Cause the ram in Samsung GS2 is bigger than this of the iPad2 and the CPU in Samsung GS2 is much better than the iPad2s one, so better and faster than iPhone4s bitchy one.

Processor:
The Galaxy S2 is suitably loaded with a dual core 1.2GHz ARM Cortex-A9 processor on the Exynos chipset and backed up with a Mali-400MP graphics processing unit (GPU).

Apple has also opted for dual core, for the first time ever in an iPhone, the handset boasts a 1GHz ARM Cortex-A9 on the new A5 chip, which is exactly the same as the one found in the iPad 2, right down to the SGX 543MP2 graphics processor.

Apple may have stepped up its game but it's still not enough to beat Samsung at what it does best.

Winner - Samsung Galaxy S2

Still not believe that crappy benchmark a lie of apple invented crapy research as they fixed the image you know...

Good luck with that!!

Bloatware that runs all the time, kills your battery and you can't delete it. The only way to get rid of it is to Root the Phone, then you void the warranty.

But, don't tell us we didn't warn you.

But, when buy that, it means more IPhones for us that actually want a Performing Phone, not an accessory.

I had no idea you liked Android so much :)

Some of us feel like we know exactly what the iPhone "5" will be like:

iPhone 4S (N94)
- iPhone 4 case design (3.5" Screen), but improved internals
- CDMA and GSM in one phone, "World Phone"
- HSPA+ (at least 14.4mbps)
- 1GB RAM
- A5 Processor
- SGX 543MP2 GPU (Same as iPad 2)
- Assistant Voice Recognition

Amidst the chaos and wild speculation about a 5 only release, or a 4S and a 5 dual release ... you simply stood your ground.

I don't know how I could ever doubt you again.
