That's laughable. There has been no need for memory management software for Windows since before the NT days. Presumably you last used Windows in the Win98/ME days? You should update your arguments
Still fewer than 5% of PCs ship with Blu-ray drives. It's not really taking off. 4/8GB on optical storage is sufficient for most people; the desire for watching the discs on computers just isn't there.
For the most part, it's a hollow complaint. There are people with legitimate needs for BD authoring, but clearly not enough to make it a serious problem for Apple.
You just said you didn't really want one...
Processor went from 2.0GHz to 2.13GHz and hard drive went from 120GB to 160GB.
That's right. Stick to your guns!

You may have to buy before Apple adopts BluRay, if that's the case, and it still matters to you a lot (more than the OS and other goodies associated with Apple), you can always pick up a Windows 7 machine somewhere. Choice is good.
Expect there to be 13, 15 and 17-inch white MacBooks. Why? Apple is losing out too much in the lower price sector because not everyone wants a 13.3" screen. They will be polycarbonate and weaker than their Pro counterparts - expect the current MacBook specs, don't expect the integrated battery pack.
Although it would make some sense for the tablet to replace the 13.3" MacBook, it will be a separate product. There is still too big a market for it to discontinue the full-fledged MacBook.
I agree on this. I have one of the small wireless keyboards (got it at no cost with my Mac Pro in 2008), I wouldn't say I hate it, but I absolutely cannot use it seriously, and have to stick with my older apple wireless keyboard, the full sized one with white keys and clear-case.I don't want to get caught in the crossfire between you two. You probably won't find any stats, but http://store.apple.com/us/reviews/MB869LL/A?fnode=MTY1NDA1Mg&mco=Nzk3NjM4NQ shows that there are plenty of people on both sides of the camp. Personally I would hate the small one (from the point of view of the fwd/backward delete, arrow key position, spacious page up/down keys as much as the numeric keypad), and I'd be pissed if I accidentally ordered an iMac with the small one, but I'm pleased Apple made it a no cost *upgrade*.
I would like to see the following:
Return of a 17" iMac. While this might not be popular not everyone wants / needs a huge screen. I would definitely prefer this.
The option to have higher specs on smaller iMac. Thanks

No Macs for poor people. They shouldn't be using computers anyway. And we don't want them in our stylish, hip stores. They would ruin the ambience with their Walmart wardrobes and annoying behavior. Let eat cake and use emachines.![]()
That's not a redesign though. That's an update.
When Apple does a refresh of their laptop lines, it's generally ALL of their laptops. That doesn't mean there will be huge changes made to each model, but they will likely ALL be changed/upgraded/updated in some way, shape, or form.
Yea the last time they did that they did what to the white macbook exactly???
For the iMac I would LOVE to see:
A Revolutionary redesign and
NO Power Brick!
I often wonder if Blu-ray is the last optical technology

Price cuts coupled with the much weaker dollar might actually mean that macs will be almost decently priced in Europe?

So my new iMac is just over a month old. What do I do with it now...
