If you go through the trouble of taking a picture of the back shell, why not the front as well? This is just the back plastic again, not a fully assembled phone.
I don't think the cheap iPhone will ever exist (its just like last year's iPhone nano rumors).
They should have made these look a lot different or maybe even produced them under a different name. I really hope they release non-retina macbook pros with the haswell processors so I can get a sweet computer before they mess everything up.
Looks like cheap Chinese backs for the current iPhone. Besides aren't these for the Chinese market anyways?
Yep. Apple should just keep releasing high priced iPhones that will do the same things as these cheaper ones. LOL!I've started to think that this might be a terrible move by Apple. Soon there will be tons of cheap iphones that people don't care about everywhere. There'll be an apple product seen as disposable and it's going to take away from their top of the line extremely high quality product facade. Looks cheap.
An elite tech company like Apple would never release such a subpar product.
You can buy iPhones at WalMart and other such places.
This whole "iphone is a status symbol" mantra/belief needs to go.
Get over it. Everyone and their grandmother has one now. You aren't showing individualism by owning one.

As for less expensive models - it makes perfect business sense for Apple to do this. If you don't understand why - then you should go take a Business 101 class.
Now I'll have to get two iPhones. A cheap utility iPhone for every day use that I don't care if it gets scratched up. ... And a dress iPhone.
I would say this is the finished article - surprising to see a possibly fully assembled phone so far from the rumoured launch date.
