Another Likely Physical Mockup of Next iPhone Offers a Realistic Look

When the first line of the article is "Gizmodo reports..." I knew I should have stopped reading.

The 4/4S have visible screws. The original 4 had Phillips screws, then Apple (unfortunately) switched to pentalobe ones.
 
That looks like a real clunky device. I doubt Apple would release something like this.
 
ZERO innovation and huge complacency on the part of Apple. If they can't innovate, just buy the HTC One X or Samsung Galaxy IIIS and put the IOS on it. I hate Android but their phone hardware is WAY more attractive.

Hello! This is a mockup from a case manufacturer. Of course it won't look like this, and you should sell any stock you own in this manufacturer because you can be sure they will never receive specs from Apple again.
 
I just find it hard to believe that the overall look is going to remain the same. Android phones change constantly (granted none of them look as good as current iPhone) and I feel like this look makes no effort at actual design. This would be very dissapoiting. I choose apple products for the form and function. This just seems to be about function.

Hello! I was just speculating over rumors. You don't have to give me instruction on who I should be investing in, as though I'm some brain-dead four year old. I know already that the iPhone probably won't look like that. That is exactly what I said in my post. And whatever makes you think this company will be going under anytime soon is beyond me.

i agree... and im dead serious.. if apple doesnt put something revolutionary in the OS, im skipping the iphone this year, and i have an iphone 4

the mockup design is not impressive at all... its pretty much a Apple DROID running iOS :(
 
For all that promotion of their website (all over the pic), I bet they don't get many hits. Why would we want to check out more ugly pics? And who the hell would call?
 
LOL Many people around here apparently have short memories. There have been so many fake or clone parts released in the past. I feel sorry for the case makers that jump on these rumours.

There will be an iPhone 5 and it will have a taller screen but that is all we know for sure right now.
 
There's a new one of these stories about once a week. I'm pretty sure people have got what the next iPhone will look like.
 
This looks like a slightly larger iPhone 4. Nothing more ,nothing less. Just cannot understand why people are going along with this boring design that's been around for two years now.

To me this looks like the 4S they had intended last year. But Apple thought: 'hey people are gonna buy are **** anyway so why not.'

And still.. That homebutton makes me sick.
 
Why are these stories worthy of front page news? Can MR create one thread where people can post all the mockups/photoshops they find.
