You clearly don't read posts properly. Thinking I'm attacking your precious iPhone x design when my point was completely unrelated. Also I've said it a few times of all the phones with a notch at least Apple are using it to house a great biometric system. My point was design is not completely subjective, there are rules to functional design.
Missing the point. It’s partly about the conversation on whether or not the notch is good design or not. That part is subjective, rules are made to be broken. Whatever those rules are. It’s the other part about calling someone “insecure” when they disagree. That part is an ad-hom.

And let’s get one thing straight, it’s not “my precious” iPhone X design. It’s Jony Ives’ design and my opinion on his design. This conversation is about the design element that relates to it and not the biometric components contained within.

So I’m not sure who is not reading the posts properly.

No It had nothing to do with the notch. Once again I don't think you read the post properly.

The pencil for pinpoint accuracy. If I were to get the pencil and the iPhone X+ it would make it easier to do paid surveys due to the pinpoint accuracy.

Once again, Apple gets the photocopier out!! Pathetic!! And the sheep lap it up!!
There is nothing wrong with copying ideas from another company. Apple, Samsung, Google etc ALL do this
What I find amusing is when the leadership of a company will ridicule other company's implementations such as wireless charging and large screens in the case of Apple and missing headphone jack in the case of Google. Then they go and do the same stuff. And the devotees all follow the sermon of the high priest and change when the high priest changes :)

That’s just an example of trying to draw and maintain the consumers who buy your products. Don’t think for a second companies like Apple and Samsung are afraid of being hypocrites when it comes to marketing or direction. They couldn’t give a toss if a few techies remember they once ridiculed larger screens etc as their focus is now and the best way to get you to buy their products.

Isn’t the point getting the best product out as possible?

And besides this feature was here on the 8 plus
So the 8 plus had a stylus did it, I missed that completely..

Being able to use a 1.dollar gas store stylus is completely.different to having an os that has stylus specific software features such as the note has...

What? Apple copied the same idea that Samsung copied? The Samsung fans are just as bad.
What other mainstream smart phone had a stylus before the note series?

Its not about a mainstream smart phone, it's about phones having styli for many years prior to when Samsung lifted the idea.

How do you even know what will work? It could be no different to what you use the Apple Pencil for.

And besides this is nothing like the note series as for one there will be no where to even store it.

So no it’s not copying it’s just likely to do the same as it does on the iPad

My 2009 Nokia Xpress Music smartphone had a stylus built in and I think it was the last time I used one? That was a hugely popular phone in its day.

Jeez guys who cares who copied who as long as we the consumers get good products out of it. This isn’t like supporting a football team! lol
Lol, I actually 100% agree, imagine if you leave the house and someone starts banging on about your Choice of jeans manufacturer copying another brand.. jeez....

But...

This forum isn't full of rational folk.. I remember a post where Samsung were gonna release a rose gold ish coloured handset.. sod the fact they had used the colour years ago, there was 500 pages of copy cat, shameless, thiefs etc.. as if you can Copyright a colour for God's sake...

People in glass houses etc....
