Thanks so much for the great review/comparison.

I'm in the process of deciding which way to go for my iPad and was just starting to lean towards SGP. I want something for the entire iPad, not just the screen and it was seeming like that would be the best option. But now, I'm not so sure.... This decision is much too hard :(

Guess I will start looking into more options... As much as the PowerSupport appeals to me, I'm not so sure I want to spend nearly $100 just for a clear skin.

EDIT: I just realized that this was the SGP AF. Has anyone compared the other models of the SGP to Powersupport? They also have the crystal clear screen protector as well as full body protectors in gloss, high gloss and matte. I'm just curious if any of those would be any better than anti-fingerprint option.

I hated spending so much on a screen protector, especially since I had a free cheap one w/ my Switcheasy case, but the glare and fingerprints were so bad on the cheap screen protector that I finally bought the PS anti-glare and boy was it worth it. Highly recommended.

Just put my power support protector on and really pleased with it, makes it much easier to read.
Makes the scream look a tin bit different but I can happily live with that for the improved viewing and less fingerprints that it gives. Also like the texture of it.

+1 for the Powersupport protectors, I have them on my iPad, iPhone and my kids have them on the iPod touches. between us we have both clear and AG versions.

far superior to most other brands I've tried, in terms of surface feel and ease of perfect installation.

I used boxwave protectors for years on my mobile devices, but was wondering if anyone has compared the power support anti-glare to boxwave's.
Thanks.
@ronline:

I've used both boxwave and Powersupport protectors, (both AG and clear, both brands) although it's been a while since I last used boxwave and only used smaller versions, not on an iPad (i.e. Treo and a few pocket cameras)

I would say the ease of application of the boxwave one, especially the AG version was similar to the PS - both are slightly stiffer films than others I've tried and therefore go on very easily without bubbles or fuss. maybe a tie in this regard.

the boxwave AG surface was a bit rougher than my iPad PS AG, I'd give the advantage to PS here for surface feel. but not sure if this is a fair comparison, as mentioned the boxwave AG one I have for a Treo and several years old - not sure if they've updated their material or not.

in summary: boxwave probably a close 2nd to PS in terms of brands I've tried. I switched to PS mainly because of availability in retail stores (I don't live in US so mail order is sometimes a hassle). But overall I'd say I prefer PS, which I highly recommend

both boxwave and Powersupport are far superior to any of the thinner films or ones that require wet application, IMO.

Has anyone used the Moshi AG screen protector

I saw a MacWorld article talking about how the Moshi AG screen protector takes only seconds to install and is 100% bubble free. Has anyone used one before?

Excelent comparisson!
But now there is a new SGP Ultra Fine with no rainbow effect (don't say reduced rainbow, say no rainbow at all).
Should be great if it's improve the Powersupport (maybe now is better SGP).

Could someone take a look on it?

Cheers!!

But since the comparison there's also the "new" HD Anti-Glare screen protector from Powersupport (AFAIK the HD was introduced for the iPhone 4).

hi all. sorry if this hijacks the thread, or so to speak, but i previously had a PS screen protector for my iphone 4. it had a matte-type finish. is that the same one the OP is talking about? if it is, i thought the clarity was greatly reduced in favor of anti-glare for the iphone 4.

i currently use the zagg invisibleshield for both my iphone4 and ipad2, and i personally have not seen any other shield that provides the clarity that zagg does. i know people have texture issues, but i've been accustomed to this feel since the iphone 3g. could someone confirm if i had a different shield or something? i'm not very familiar with PS products. with my recent negative stint with zagg customer service + orange peel, i'm looking into a new screen protector. support is appreciated. thanks.

Apart from the matt screen protector Power Support has a crystal clear screen protector as well. They are ultra clear and the best in the market.

i've been using PS crystal on my iphone 4.

i tried the PS anti glare on my ipad. replaced it the next day with PS crystal. i could sacrifice the constant cleaning and wiping of screen in exchange for the clearness and brightness that the PS crystal could give. PS is the best so far for me. but i'm not the anti glare person i guess. IMHO.

PS is for iPad or iPad2

On the site, it just says "iPad" not iPad2. I thought I saw a camera hole in the application video- but I want to be sure. Are these anti-glare screen covers for the iPad2?

I just went to the PS website and almost fainted....

$34.95?

OMG. What are they smokin?

Since Boxwave is a close second. I'm gonna go with theirs @ 24.95.

OMG what was I smokin back in 2011?

Is there a screen protector by power support for ipad 2 out yet??

No, I am too anxious, attempting to get my accessories before my iPad arrives. I jumped the gun. Customer Service said mid-April is the arrival. With the release of iPad 1 and the iPhone 4, they have ordered to attempt to meet the potential demand of iPad 2. Sorry. :(
