Over Alabama I'd easily go with Va Tech and either major FL team or USC or TX. Edit: Can also see losses to LSU, Arkansas and TN. And Auburn could pull a fast one.
According to the NCAA, Logan Young paid the head coach from Trezevant High School in Memphis $150k to convince Albert Means to sign with Alabama. The coach, Lynn Lang, claimed he gave around $60k of it to Means' family.

I kid (kind of). There is no one that the Hokies need to prove themselves to more than the Hokie nation. This game against Alabama (and a few others this season) is a chance for the team to prove to the school and the nation that they stand out in the ACC.

We will See, Alabama has been good starting there season in the Georgia Dome against Top 10 Ranked opponents, Nick Saban always has a plan, Besides Alabama Travels very well and its closer to Alabama Then Virginia
No, Nick Saban has a deal with the devil. It's the only explanation. I really hope he takes another job soon, because I really don't want to see years of him whipping my poor Bulldogs.

Actually, the other Dawgs won the SEC in 2002 and 2005. But, yeah, I am baffled how Richt hasn't won more championships. He has only won the East three times, and that includes when he was coaching against Ron Zook!
Of course, those other years, he was coaching against Spurrier and the Urban Legend. Anyway, I agree about the Tide fans. They aren't quite as obnoxious as LSU fans, but they are very annoying. I normally don't advocate violence against children, but one Bama fan almost made me do it. It was yet another close loss against them (the usual Ghost of Bear interference and favorable calls by the refs), and I was walking back to my dorm room, dejected. Sitting in traffice was a car with a boy about 10 years old, all painted Crimson, and he had one of those stupid boxes. He was leaning out of the window, yelling "Roll Tide! We just whupped yer ass!" at a group of us MSU fans. I so badly wanted to go and drag him out of that car window and beat him with that stupid box of detergent.
And I can't bring myself to root for any other SEC team, especially that school up north. My hatred was sealed a few years ago, when every other SEC team voted AGAIN to ban "artificial noisemakers" in yet another attempt to surpress one of our best traditions, the cowbell. Come one, you really think a school with the second smallest stadium in the conference and a few cowbells is as loud and obnoxious as Tennessee's stadium packed with 100k+ Vol fans? For that reason alone, I can't root for any other SEC team.*
*Except for Vandy, probably the only team in the conference worse than us. And except for an SEC team playing an Florida school, Notre #@#@in' Dame, and any Big 11 team. I love watching the slow, plodding Big 11 get their rear ends handed to them.
Gotta be said, my two favorite teams in the land are the Florida Gators and whoever is playing Notre Dame!
Heh, actually my hatred isn't as strong for the Gators as some other schools. I actually liked Spurrier, and I kind of like Meyer. Spurrier at his peak was always good for some good quotes. I really don't like Free Shoes or Miami, though they aren't quite as bad as during their Thug U days.
