Any color switchers here?

I'm a little torn

I've had every iPhone since launch and had switched to silver/white when the 5 was released. Since than have always gone with that combo for the 5s and my 6+, However I was now pretty much set with going
space gray/black for the 6s+ because I wanted to feel like I was getting a brand new phone. So I went ahead and reserved a Soace Gray 6s+ be picked up at Apple on the 25th.

Honestly I think both are really nice and classy, I'm just a person who likes things to match, and the silver/white combo just goes with my Silver Apple watch sport and my Mac Book pro retina.

But after holding my girls black 6 up to my watch I'm kind of thinking the Space Gray is not nearly as dark as I really thought it was, it's nowhere near as dark as her Space Gray Apple watch which is practically Black. So I'm going to just most likely grab the Space Gray on the 25th and if I end up just not being happy I'll swap it out within the 14 day return period.

Lol, if only this was my biggest problem in life.
 
Going from a Gold 5s to a Space Gray 6s+. I prefer a gray color scheme for my devices now, with black bezel as is the case on my Macs (and iPhone 2G as well).

I do wish the Space Gray on the iPhone was a little darker however, so I might use a transparent case to make it appear darker.
 
I am switching from Note 4 to an iPhone 6S Plus and also going from Black to Gold w/white front. I've had white face phones before, but I have to admit those were usually smaller so I am a bit nervous about the change. I've thought I probably should have gone space grey. Oh well, we'll see!
 
I alternate every year!!
  • iPhone 4 - Space Gray
  • iPhone 4s - Silver
  • iPhone 5 - Space Gray
  • iphone 5s - Silver
  • iPhone 6+ - Space Gray
  • iPhone 6s+ - Silver
I've though of going gold this year for the 6s+ but I like neutral colors with a neutral colored case. I usually use a black metal bumper that always compliments the space gray or silver. I don't think that the black goes good with gold.
 
4s - Black
5 - Slate
5s - Gold
6 - Space Gray
6s - Silver

So I've basically had a new color every year going by names ;) I'm excited to go back to white and try silver for the first time!

Yep, going Rose Gold. If I don't like that I will likely switch it for the gold, which I have now, or the silver. It's gotta be a white face for me. The only time I like the black face is when the phone is locked. It looks really cool then. On? Not so much. LOL.
 
I prefer a white bezel, so once that was available I went with that going forward.

Always went for the black bezel and finally this year am going for the white. Am nervous I'm going to hate it but can always return it so there's that. Always like the look of the black face as it's so seamless but needed a change and figured now was as good a time as any.
 
Been using white for both my iPhone 6 (at the time) & 6 Plus right now, going back to black.
 
Have had a combination of black and white in the past. Last year bought a space grey 6+ in error and stuck with it. This year have opted for the gold but regretting I didn't get the rose gold...
 
I had a black 3GS, a black 4S, a silver/white 5S, and now I'm going black 6S+.

I already know that I'll my silver/white, and will probably go back to silver/white for the 7S.

But for now, I felt I'd shake it up with the elegant black (space gray) this time around. I love how whats on the screen is the focal point of the phone, with the black bezel-ed phone, not the white frame.

If you have a black sport band on your silver apple watch sport it'll match your space gray 6s plus nicely. Also the watch has an all black front which will match your phone.

iPhone 5 - Slate (and white/silver)
iPhone 5s - Gold
iPhone 6 Plus- Space Gray
iPhone 6s Plus - Rose Gold

I like to switch to an iPhone color I haven't used each time

YES! I used to do this then got stuck in a rutt of always ordering the black phone. I have decided to switch it up this year and went back to the white for my 's' upgrade.

original iPhone: There was one color
iPhone 3G: Black
iPhone 3Gs: White
iPhone 4: Black
iPhone 4s: White
iPhone 5: Space Gray
iPhone 5s: Space Gray
iPhone 6 Plus: Space Gray
iPhone 6s Plus: Gold

Yeah its a little crazy I have upgraded every year, I get that.
 
I transition between white and black every time I get a new iPhone. Keeps things extra fresh that way.
 
Space Gray is still the best looking IMO but I always switch to a different color for the "s" cycle.
4: White
5: Black
5s: White/Gold
6 Plus: Black/Space Gray
6s Plus: White/Gold
 
Going from a Silver 6 to Space Gray 6S Plus.

I try to alternate every year, so that I can experience each generation with both face colors. I do like how you can't seeing sort of smudges on white though. I'll probably miss that for the next year.
 
I am usually a black/space grey gal but I decided to trade it up this year:

3G: Black plastic
3GS: White plastic
4: Black
4S: Black
5: Black
5S: Space grey
6: Space Grey
6S: White/silver

I gave in and swapped it for the rose gold. Live dangerously! ;-)
