I just applied the sgp oleophobic and the packing says the film is manufactured in Japan and coated in Korea. Its a pretty nice protector, but it seems thin and only comes with one front and back. Had I known that, I would have just gone for the power support.
Give it a few weeks and the oleophobic coating will be gone.
Pro tip: Do not use cleaning solution on it. No Monster, iKlear, or whatever your favorite brand is. It will disappear quicker. You will know when it is gone when it is harder to clean than just rubbing it on a sleeve. You iwll have to scrub to get the fingerprints off.
I've never been a huge fan of SGP to begin with due to the one cutout for the camera and earpiece, but I got burned on one of these when I first got my iPhone 4. The iPhone 4 has an oleophobic so I thought a screen protector with that too had to be something special. It wasn't and the company even told me it was temporary.
I went back to PS and will never leave as long as they make an SP for my phone. I've even had one replaced by them. My SP for my iPod touch got scratched a week after I bought it. I told them and they overnighted me a new one. Awesome company.
