So Wanted to have 1 thread with these specific parameters for discussion.

1) You ordered your phone through Apple.com's Store
2) You ordered an AT&T variant of the phone.
So it seems AT&T phones ordered through Apple.com are seeing this error message when you try to change the shipping address:
I remember last go around we were able to change the address by calling I think, once the order changed from Processing to Preparing for shipment. However, I don't remember such a specific error message such as this, it seems that AT&T is hellbent on preventing us from changing the address.
This thread will serve the purpose of discussion and if someone was able to change theres and HOW so we can also do so.

According to the policy of your wireless service provider, the iPhone in this order can only be shipped to your current wireless billing address. Other items can be shipped to different addresses.
