For crying out loud. How about a few phones that fit comfortably in a front pocket?

Anyone "downgraded" to the regular 7 or 8 in the wake of all this maxification?

As a matter of fact I upsized. My 5s works well, fits in my pocket but is frustratingly small. My 6s works well but I wanted an upgrade. So I got a max and so far like it. No headaches from pwm thus far..

absolutely not smaller phones feel so tiny and useless to me now.... I cannot believe I use to do anything on those tiny little screens... its incredible how quickly you get used to the bigger size.

Xr fits fine in my pocket, my wife is 5 feet tall and she is fine with the Xr as well. She puts it in her jeans pocket. Wouldn't go back to smaller phone.

I went from 6 to SE precisely because it fits better in my front pocket.
I am hoping they would upgrade SE, but I doubt they will.

After using a larger phone for a while, the smaller ones are just ... too small.
My current measuring stick is weight.

Same, I feel like the XR is a brick compared to the 7 Plus I had previously.

iPhone physical sizes haven't increased since 2014 with the release of the Plus phones, so I'm not sure why this would be a new phenomenon for discussion.

I haven't had any issues pocketing a Plus or XS Max (always in a front pocket). The extra screen real estate has been something I really enjoy, however.

6 grams really makes that much of a difference?

Nope the XS Max is the perfect size for me, anything below 5.5 inches is small to me

I know, I was surprised it wasn’t more than that based on how it feels to me. It could also be that the phone is a lot thicker, especially when adding a case.

Never. I love big Phones. I’ve been using phablets since 2012 and I’m not going to stop anytime soon.

My SE may have to last a long time. I actually wish it were a little smaller.

I would love a smaller iPhone. I think the XR is a beautiful design and have no issue with the bezels or thickness but the width is too big for me. I’m happy with my 7 but ideally I would go smaller.

Same here. I was going to switch to a Galaxy Note in 2014 if Apple hadn't introduced the 6 Plus. Last year I got the X because of the new tech, but I am so glad that I have that tech in a plus sized phone this year.

I don’t wear skinny jeans and my max fits my pocket just fine. I haven’t had a small phone since my blackberry

Went from the 6 plus to the regular 8 and hated it. Own the XR and much happier being back on a larger screen and much longer battery life. The XR does fit better in my pockets than my 6 plus, while showing more than the 6 plus!

    Not me!

Love my MAX. Could not be more happy.

Do not want larger but will never go to anything smaller.

I have owned every iPhone and the MAX is easily my favorite.

I’ve never been a plus sized phone person but my X is the perfect for me. I would never consider anything smaller..

I hate cases but unfortunately they're somewhat of a necessity for me because I find these phones to be slippery. My 6s is like handling a bar of soap so I threw a thin case on it that fortunately doesn't add too much bulk. Is the Xr slippery without a case?
