I just switched back to my Veil yesterday, and I have to say that I prefer the texture of it to my Sheath this year. I like both, but I prefer the Veil. My list of cases from favorite down would be 1) Veil, 2) Apple Leather MagSafe Case, 3) Sheath. This year is the first time I’ve ever had a Veil. I’ve gotten the sheath for every phone since the iPhone 7.

No more cases for me for a while. Other than the Veil, I’m hoping the Apple leather and Sheath will last me for as long as I have the iPhone 12 Pro.

The Sheath is already slim, I can only imagine how thin the Veil is. I don’t think that would be enough protection for me but anything Caudabe is quality so I’m sure it’s a really nice case!

I’ve got one of the first batch and 3 of the revised case, and honestly I don’t think you can show the differences in pictures. The fit is just so much better on the revised cases. The original one seemed to be too shallow which didn’t allow the case to wrap around the front while the revised version fixes this.

Yeah. The Veil would make no different for drops. It’s about the thickness of card stock paper, I’d guess. I only use it to prevent scratches. I think of it as a thick skin. I’ve always been intrigued by skins, but I know it would drive me nuts trying to install them perfectly. I want to alternate it with my other two cases. Just hoping it doesn’t stretch out and get loose too quickly.

After much deliberation, I finally settled on the Lucid Clear in graphite for my blue 12. It came in over the weekend and so far so good. I’m really happy with the fit and feel of the case. Was a little worried it would be too slippery but that doesn’t look like it will be a problem. The graphite is still quite transparent so the color of the iPhone comes through, just darker, which is fine for the rather bold blue color Apple went with. I also don’t like how clear cases look white on the edges of the plastic and the graphite fixes that.

I got the sea green sheath for my graphite 12 pro. It’s a really great color combination.

Just go on their site it’s already available to purchase. It’s a really nice blue! Probably my favorite blue as I’m not much of a fan of Electric and Navy is just boring to me. Tempted to get it!

Oh yeah, that is really nice! I’ll wait for another sale to grab one, but I really like that color.

Just got my updated Sheath installed and now it is perfect, fits like a glove. The original one I was sent was slightly loose and showing the stainless steel frame by the notch area and the right side of the phone just slightly below the power button.
