Does anyone here have the Gray Sheath? I haven’t seen it get much love.
I still have mine. It was my first choice, back in the day when there was no Navy or Ocean blue. TBH I don't use it very much any more now that I've got Navy Blue and the Apple cases.

Here's Gray and Navy Blue with my 12 Pro in the middle.

This pic was taken next to a window and is the one where the color is more realistic.

Yes, it looks like black looks in sunlight ;) but it's actually a dark(er) gray. 😁
Navy is very dark, almost as dark as black without the blue hue.

As for the wallpapers, they represent two comic characters created by a french agency. I'm attaching mine below. You can create some yourself here (in different motives and colors): Anooki Wallpaper (google translated to English).

Out of curiosity does anyone owns both the apple leather case and caudabe sheath for the 12 pro max?

Is the sheath thicker than the apple leather case?

I have both and the Sheath feels flatter and feels slimmer by just a little bit.

Received the revised Lucid Clear(for free) and it is perfect fit, same as the revised Sheath. iPhone 12 Pro Max

I have both. I agree with @JBlass421, especially about how the Sheath feels flatter. The Sheath hugs the phone much tighter, so the back and sides feel flatter than if the phone was in an Apple leather case. I’ll also add that the Apple leather is slightly taller than the Sheath.

Oh? Really? I have the leather one! And from the videos looking at the sheath around the sides of the phone for some reason gave me the idea that is thicker than the apple leather and didn't pull the trigger on one as i didn't want anything thicker than the leather one.

Nope, Sheath is a bit smaller, I had both for the 12.

I’ve found they reply to DM’s on their official Twitter account faster than email.
Which is ridiculous, you can reply to their email within a minute and still takes 2 days, definately a ploy to hope you just go away, can take a week to sort out a issue that should take 5 mins.

I would highly recommend trying the Sheath out. Although the difference in dimensions between the two cases is pretty negligible, when I have the Apple leather case on my phone, I'm aware that I have a case on. When I have the Sheath on my phone, it feels like I'm holding the phone with a skin applied to it. I think a small part of it might be due to the fact that the leather is kind of squishy but the Sheath is solid against the sides of the phone.

Thanks for your input :) Shipping to Europe its $25 plus 19% import taxes. So price is quite high and i needed some informations before to go on and buy it, to justify the $60+ for this case 😂

That's pretty expensive. Do you have to pay import taxes on the official Apple cases, too? I'm sure there are coupon codes you can use for Caudabe either shared in the pinned case thread or by searching online. If not, two things you can try:
1. I think when you first go to their site, they offer a coupon for signing up for their newsletter.
2. If you add the case to your shopping cart and go through the process of buying without actually purchasing, you'll receive a coupon shortly from them in your email reminding you that you left something in your shopping cart and perhaps a coupon will entice you to complete your transaction.

Christ on a bike, is that to mainland Europe? I live in Europe (UK) no longer in the EU though, and my Sheath was £19 delivered straight from Caudabe in early December. Since then Caudabe are selling in the UK from Amazon and other outlets.

Apple cases are sold throughout Europe directly from Apple online/stores etc. Many retailers also sell them so there are plenty of outlets for that brand. Caudabe don’t have so much of a presence here, although they are starting to appear on Amazon and other outlets.

Wow  in Switzerland I never paid import taxes or VAT for such a small thing as a phone case! For items below a certain threshold, import duties are waived. Where do you live in Europe?

Same thing as Switzerland (not in EU, never was, even though in the heart of continental Europe).

Caudabe cases are sold in the Netherlands, but their screen protectors are harder to find. Since I don't want to mix up brands, I buy from Caudabe US directly. It may take a little longer but I've never paid import taxes / VAT. Last time I ordered, shipping was free.

Here's my Lucid Clear collection:

Hi mouzouris,

Caudabe frequently has sales (20% off is not uncommon) which would be a dent, anyway. Do make sure they're shipping a re-tooled case to you; the improvement in fit is significant.

Best,
KM

I was fortunate to have visited Switzerland many years ago. One of the most beautiful places on earth that I have ever been. You're blessed.
