They responded saying they will warranty it and I just have to pay shipping($6.50), although I think they should just send it to be at no charge at all.... Seeing as how the 13 will come out and I will be getting it.. I will hold off on it.

I would ask them to cover shipping. They’ve done it for me whenever I’ve had problems. I have bought at least 15 cases from them over the years though so I don’t know if that is a factor or not. But it doesn’t hurt to insist. Their customer service is really good in my experience.
Received my Caudabe Lucid clear case for my 12 Pro (white/silver) a few days ago and...WOW. It seems they've improved the grip slightly and its no longer slippery like butter. Best way to describe the case: its like a clear premium glass case but without the weight. It makes the $10 clear cases look very very poor in comparison. Some pics:

I love the lucid clear case. It’s so clear and glossy compared to the other clear cases I use. At the present time, I’m using a bumper and will probably resort back to my Caudabe cases at some point, but I’m not buying any more cases until next year’s iPhone release.

Agreed. They really should have released MagSafe on the Sheaths instead of the Synthesis. I've owned the Sheath for my 11 and 12 and had 0 problems with durability.
Had Sheaths for my XR, 12 PM and now 13 PM. Excited for it to come with MagSafe now.
mini 13 here. will wait for additional colors to come out before getting a sheath. the blue phone really needs the electric blue case or the ocean blue case.

I also contacted them about it and at first they sent me a code for a 100% discount but I would have to pay shipping. I told them I'm not going to spend a cent and they should sent it to me at no cost so they did. Kind of pointless now though that the 13 came out, which I have and the new Sheaths are MagSafe compatible, which I also got.
