Totally agree with you. Very excited for the infinity dungeons game though. Totally different take. Sort of like dungeon hunter.

It does get boring but their new asynchronous multiplayer feature coming sounds fun. It will breathe new life in a showcase game.

Well, in all fairness, there's dodging, blocking, parrying, combo attacks, magic attacks, and skills/weapons management choices, character building, a great story line....

Come on...it's HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE gameplay. It looks nice and that is it. My 5 y/o daughter can play just by rubbing her hand back and forth on the screen, and actually do good.

Let's be honest, we only bought it to test specs. Fun factor is fail.

No, I bought it because I thought it was an RPG. I was watching the product announcement while at work, not allowed to play sound, and guess what I thought :) (no, not allowed to wear headphones; work in a biochem lab).

So I was wrong; not a biggy only a few bucks

Baldur's Gate I have hope for (and can Fallout be that far behind? I'd sell body parts to have Fallout on the iPad).

I agree, game is boring to me, played for about a hour, and then deleted it and never looked back, and I'm typically the kind of guy that finishes games fully

Meaning that's what pretty much sold the game on the first go around. Most people had no idea what kind of game it was mainly because of the so called "demo"

Infinity Blade 1 did $10 million in sales in it's first six months. If it was so crappy, why did Infinity Blade 2 do $5 million in its first four months?

I get it. Many of you don't like it. But it's selling like hot cakes, and I personally think its AWESOME! :p

Obviously, YMMV...

A lot of people buy it because it is advertised as something along the lines of gears of war but it turns out to be closer to tic tac toe. No scratch that, tic tac toe is more fun than infinity blade!

I don't play games, but after reading all the hype when it came out I thought it'd be a good one to try. I found I could play it. So I did. Then I got back to work.

Good thing I got it through installous for free first. I also felt it was retarded....saved my money. That's why the app store needs a trial period first.

I'm not a gamer and as such find most games boring after about 30 minutes. Infinity Blade included. Any games on my iPhone or iPad are for the kids.

Same here. I used to love games when I was in school. The last game I played was Vice City. I moved on to other things like music and such.

yea. great on graphic to demo others about how cool the iPad is, but very repetitive and boring. i'd rather play swordigo.
