Anyone else finding the forums are really slow?

It's becoming a real pain. Clicking on a thread (certainly in Forum Spy) takes ages to load. A couple have taken well over a minute to finally appear.

I'm not getting this with any other site, so I'm quite sure it's not my net connection.

Anyone else having this problem?
 
No problems here, and I've seen days when we did have a problem, but today does not seem to be one of them. At least for me.
 
Actually since that last time they went down (recently) they have been faster than normal with a few minor hiccups here and there.
 
So why would my computer be having problems with only Macrumors? Anything I can check/reset?
 
Something is wrong here today. It took me 1m 20s to get into this discussion then it took 1m 20s after I clicked on post message.

Now I'll time how long it's taking to see this post🙂

UIs the site just real busy? Every website I open opens instantly. Except for the forums.
 
I was having the problem where new threads or replies to thread would never open about 10-15 minutes ago, but it seems to have cleared up.
 
Dirt slow for me in Colorado. Forum Spy opened quickly weirdly enough. Not sure what's going on but MacRumors Forums seems to go through slow downs every once in a while.
 
I was having problems 20 minutes ago. The speed varies right now but it's going toward full speed.
 
Add me to the list who are suffering from very slow access to the forums. Might mean that I actually have too do some work.🙁

Me too, and I'm not happy about it.😡😉 Took me about 20 minutes to finally get a page to open. Forum Spy's working great, it's just the individual threads I'm having problems with.
 
yeah I guess Arn has given the old server a bang with a large blunt implement!!! Seems to have picked up now.
