I'm also a satisfied customer. The only software kinks I have are the ocassional Safari crashes and keyboard slowness. But overall these are really minor issues. It's a truly amazing product.
Unfortunately, my week 27 iPhone had a gap in the upper right corner on the front, between the glass and the bezel. Lots of dust and even a hair came in through the gap and were between the glass and the screen.
Another problem I had, was the switching between GPRS and 3G in low 3G signal strength areas. But this is fixed in my replacement week 33 iPhone. Whether this is due to 2.0.2 or a hardware issue I don't know. But the new iPhone is much better in keeping the signal.
Still curious about 2.1 though and I hope it will fix other people's problems.
To reply to the person above me. A lot of the stories about the weak reception also stem from the bars. The iPhone just has to show more bars. At -97 - 105 dB the iPhone shows 1 bar. The Nokia N95 shows almost full bars.
