iPhone 11 Anyone else seeing this when trying to upgrade via the Upgrade Progam?

same here. random question - is your apple care+ showing up? cuz that is also missing.

they told me on the phone there was some kind of issue that they were working on fixing. I hope this is related.
 
I'm confused. I have an XS 256 on AUP, with $600 or so left on the balance with Citizens Bank. I've been paying $56/mo, since last Sept.

When I choose the 11 Pro 256 and select "trade in my XS", it says I'll get a $500 trade in value and my monthly payment will be $27.

What's the catch?

Yes and I am all preapproved, for a new space gray 512GB Max Pro, have been using regular X size for two years ready again for Max.

Everything was quick and smooth.

So all set to wake up and push the button at 5AM PST (7 Am my time) Yeah

I am all preapproved, for a new space gray 512GB Max Pro, have been using regular X size for two years ready again for Max.

Everything was quick and smooth.

So all set to wake up and push the button at 5AM PST (7 Am my time) Yeah

Don’t select trade in. That’s only if you own the phone.

Yes same here all done just that final approval of my order and I am set quite easy like last year. Nice we saw this here no email from apple except that I am pre approved.

Yes me also. I decided to leave the regular Xs and go for a max pro with the extra full 512 GB it was only 8 dollars more a month for me. Now i can keep more photos handy on my phone with this memory

Funny no email other than confirmation of my preapproval. We beat it I guess LOL

That's not the option you want. The pre-approval just went live a few min ago. Close the Store app on your phone and relaunch. You should see the option to get pre-approval for your next loan for the upgrade.

I just did mine and I'm ready to hit "purchase" on Friday.

Ugh! This is what I was afraid of. Oh well. At least the pre-order time is more reasonable for me now (8am EST!!) The wording in their documentation when you lose a AUP iPhone that hasn’t been paid off is pretty misleading. It sounded like I would never be able to re-join the upgrade program even after paying off the balance. The person I spoke with at Apple Sales also agreed that the wording is not good and that I can re-enroll when the new iPhone 11 comes out in September.

Update: I was able to do the pre-approval as a new enrollee in the Apple Upgrade Program! I’m all set for 9/13 8am EST!

In the same boat where I put in my Serial Number and IMEI and it says that I’m not enrolled.

Also went to the Citizens One loan page and there doesn’t seem to be any recent payments made (though I have been doing it for the past 11-12 months)

Not sure what to do, but reaching out to support now.
