Wear 2 eye patches and you won't be able to find the computer.I've been able to cut down on my posting since I started wearing the patch.
So, let me get this straight - You want to post less often, so you create a whole thread about it, so you can post more about not posting?![]()

You can't admit to having a problem unless you talk about it first.I know, it seems rather confusing and contradictory doesn't it?![]()

I think that the answer to this conundrum is to only POST WHEN YOU ACTUALLY "HAVE SOMETHING TO SAY"

That isn't saying much. I only ever have to log in if I'm on someone else's computer. There's that little box that says "Remember Me", remember?Anyway, no, I'm not trying to post less often, but I do go through cycles where I don't even log in for weeks at a time, so it's self-regulating.
That makes a lot of zens. The MacRumors forums are like salted peanuts, only without the salt and without the peanuts.
I dont post alot, but I feel I have to read everything that is written..Is that worse??

It's a sure sign of having nothing to say when you have to start quoting yourself. In bold.I think that the answer to this conundrum is to only POST WHEN YOU ACTUALLY "HAVE SOMETHING TO SAY"

Ah yes, but I said that myself in my original post, so that makes it.......aw hell, it just means I knew this was a bad idea.![]()
That's even dumber than what I wrote. The MacRumors forums are like salted peanuts, only without the salt and without the peanuts.
I don't know about that. I do hang mostly in the political forum, of course, but there newcomers are hardly ignored. Usually they are either invited to stick around, or are tarred, feathered and run out of town.I do not mean this as criticism, but this forum is dominated by a group of folk who have been together for a long time. I notice you prefer to talk among yourselves. New people are politely ignored.
I must object strongly to this calumny. There is nothing, absolutely nothing polite about it.New people are politely ignored.
Its not just them. For some unknown reason, my posts seam to get the old British codgers in an uproar.![]()

What's the point in trying to stop? It's futile.![]()
