I know it would be bad for battery life, but I think it might be pretty cool to have an *HDR* photo as your wallpaper. Yes, SDR MacOS UI widgets would look strange on top of it (perhaps they can't even partially overlay?). Has anyone found a way or hack to be able to do this?

P.S. MacOS does already do some SDR / HDR mixing. For example, opening a photo in "Quicklook" or preview, only its window is in HDR and the rest of the interface is SDR.

I have posted a similar question on apple.stackexchange. Hopefully we can find a way to make this happen! Has anyone tried setting an HDR photo as the wallpaper on Tahoe? I'm still on Sequoia.
