They have 45 days after the end of the month, the month ended on january 31st and february as 28 days.. so they have until march 17th to pay you no?

They told me in an email they pay period for January is from the 28 of Feb - 15th of March ... that being said ... If the original email had been the 17th I would be less frustrated right now ...

Well write to iTStax@apple.com.. I did it last week and the employe helped me a lot.. she told me when my payments were send and and why i will not have my us payment (i did something wrong) and she contacted the banking group for me because the eur and gbp payment were send on march 3 and I don't have it.. I had an excelent service.
 
Apple paying you and you receiving your payment "on time" are two separate things. When they send my EU payments it generally takes like 7 business days (9-10 days) before it posts to my bank.

Are you missing all 7 payments? If so, then yeah maybe something is wrong.

If I don't get an email from them tomorrow I will have to email iTStax... I sent one day inquiring about it ... I'll see if someone gets to that email Monday morning ... I mean I can understand how busy they are and all... but when it comes to saying I will "receive payments from the 28th of February - 15th of March" I don't see much room for leeway there in that wording...
 
Just curious on the size of the payment(s) you're waiting on? Small or large (maybe it changes it?)?

Same. Usually have monthly reports by the 8th or 10th of the month. February was a shorter month too, not sure what's taking them so long. Maybe at the event tomorrow they'll say no one is getting paid for February because they took all that money to develop 3.0 :p

I am curious, are you from the USA? I am having problems with my payments too, but I live in Honduras, Central America, don't know if that is the problem. I receive my USA payments timely, but haven't received EU, GB, CA, Japan since I started. I am changing my banking information to an account I have in a USA bank, maybe that will work.

No not only am I in the US i am waiting for US payments ....

Still not paid ... WTF ... Sent another email yesterday with no response ... I think they are just ignoring me now

Finally got a response ! Basically to sum it up for everyone in the future payments are due/made within 45 days of the month ending ... However, you may not get them till as late as the end of the month ... :/
 
I just got this email about Feb. financial reports

February iTunes Financial Report Update

Due to system enhancements, your February Financial Report(s) will be delivered later than recent months. You should expect to see your February Report(s) available for download on iTunes Connect within the time frame for delivery as provided for in your contract.

Please also be advised that we have made some format improvements which could impact your processing of the file(s). We will be posting more information on the improvements to iTunes Connect soon. Please stay tuned.

As with past reports, we will notify iTunes Connect users when your reports are available. To elect to receive Financial Report notification emails, access your user account within the Manage Users module of iTunes Connect and select the "Financial Report" notification type for all applicable territories.

Apple is pretty screwed up internally if they can't run a new system in parallel first to test it without screwing up the old one. Where I come from, a screw up like this means multiple heads would roll.

Yeah.. they are so screwed up.. probably will only stay afloat for another 30 years.

There's a difference between internal controls and viability of the firm. Although in many cases, the lack of internal controls eventually effects the business.

Honestly, the amount of complaining in this thread is astonishing. Unless Apple is breaking your contract you have little to nothing to complain about. The vast majority of this thread is bellyaching about not getting a check as fast as you would like, with 99% of those checks arriving within the allotted 45 days.

They are rolling out a new reporting system and reports are out later than we have grown to expect, not later than defined by the terms of your contract. Do you know when your February reports are due by? April 14th. Read your contract.

I think some folks need to exercise some patience and step back and realize how good you have it as an iPhone developer. If you don't think you have it good, then move on to a different platform.
