The Navy loop looks great! How does it fit compared to the sizing guide Apple created?
I’m actually using a standard navy sports band in the photo but have also bought a navy loop. The sizing for me was way off. I initially ordered a size 7 using the paper measure. Using a proper tape measure it said I should be a 5 and after trying them out in store I was a 3. Your results may be different but generally you should size down.

Does any know if the Milanese band is a different shade, I coming from a AW4 SS Gold. I want to make sure they are the same shade of gold
Received my gold stainless today. I had to double check to confirm they hadn't sent the wrong watch; the gold is very subtle. In certain light, it appears to be regular stainless. Others, it's light gold. I really like it. I paired it with the regular stainless Milanese loop band, and couldn't be happier with the combination and contrast.
I'm glad to hear this actually. I prefer to wear two toned link bands with yellow gold and silver. I was worried it would look weird with a really gold watch but this makes me think it will blend better....
It blends very well. I was on the fence about gold, but I wanted to change things up since my last few Apple Watches have been regular stainless. This gold reminds me of the green iPhone stainless band - where it almost looks black in some light, with a metallic green hue in others. I'm really pleased with my choice and would definitely recommend the combo.
Yeah me too! I've had silver SS since series 0. I was ready for a change....I'm excited for the watch (not set to arrive until Oct 5th-12th but hoping ATT will beat those dates) just to have a new color.
I love the Graphite SS but I've been on a black/grey watch for years. I never liked the copper/gold but this one may do it. I'm going to give it a trial to see how it works with my band collection and decide.
Welp, having an apple store within 5 minutes of my house is convenient.. the new gold reminds me of the series 0 24K Gold. Looks awesome and definitely so different than what i've ever owned.. Graphite is amazing as well but more of the same. Owning SSSB, Space Grey everything in the past

Love it and YES it does look like the Series 0 24k celebrity version.....I didn't like the gold from series 5...it was more copper than gold. I'm so excited to get my watch in! I ordered it with the Gold ML band

I’m getting the 44 stainless gold with the Milanese loop. Read some posts about how the loop tends to scratch the watch. I’m real careful with my stuff but hopefully that doesn’t happen. I also plan on buying the new black leather link band. Waiting patiently for 10/26. Why is everything back ordered. Is there a shortage or what.
If Space Black does not come back with the Series 7, then I will almost certainly buy this Gold. I had The S4 Gold on order, but cancelled it because it would not arrive in time to qualify for special financing and eventually bought a Space Black S4 at an Apple Store.
This is what the series 6 gold stainless steel finish looks like. It's a lighter, more subtle gold than the deep copper of the series 4 and 5.
The look will also vary greatly based on the ambient lighting, this photo was taken in neutral/warm-ish indoors lighting but I noticed that under bright sunlight it can appear almost silver. It pairs very well with any band that's a deep, dark colour. Personally I match it with dark green, red, or blue bands.
Also, your monitor's display settings can affect the image.

I'm getting the Black Leather Link, and I hope it's a good choice. It has more magnets than the Milanese Loop so it should stay put. I hope with all the magnets, it should be better than the Milanese Loop. The Milanese Loop comes in early to mid October, but my order is set for November 13-19, so I'll just wait.
I picked up a gold today so I have a nike gray and the SS Gold. Some quick thoughts.
1) The green band is a very dark olive green and very flat. When I first saw it I thought it was black. I'm not color-blind but I probably have some color washing from the cataract removal and the new lenses so, maybe, ymmv. I don't really like the color or the fit of the band. I'd try a milanese but my arms were not made with that band in mind.
2) I put the Nike band on it and it looks pretty good. So, I'll just order a nike band, return the Nike watch, and call it good. Probably get a leather band for when I'm not working out, and / or, trying to look a bit better, assuming those days ever return.
3) I don't see any more glare with the sapphire lens vs Ion-X but that's not in sunlight or low-light. The test is around dusk and bright sunlight.

Hello guys, hope you are enjoying your new watches. Never owned a stainless steel Apple Watch before. Is the gold ss, thicker than the usual aluminium version ?

I've owned all past 3 series stainless steel watches in silver/spaceblack and now gold and all with milanese loop. Never once scratched and I am not all that careful with watches, i think you should be good =)
While AppleCare+ covers "accidental damage", based on reports it does not cover normal "wear and tear" which scratches would be considered.
Can anyone confirm if the SE Gold color has the Rose Gold/pink tint to it like the Series 5 Gold or is it more yellow like the SS seen above? I prefer the yellow gold color like the Series 0 gold. I just received my Series 5 "Gold" aluminum and can't believe how pink it is. They should have labeled it Rose gold.
