Well here it is! Just came a little while ago. Sad to say that it does have a little chrome showing on the bottom, but i dont think its a dealbreaker. I dont like the screen protectors that came with it...they smudge too easily and feel cheap. Ill either put on an IS front shield or buy some PS anti glare

The screen protectors from SwitchEasy are crap. My Incipio ones suck too.

If you're looking for a screen protector the best one is the Power Support.

yah PS ftw. I love the case though. its built really well. I like the little dock connector plug, volume control covers and hold covers. great build.

I had a Switcheasy for 6-7 months. its a great case....complete protection but the bottom stretched out a lot and its just way to bulky for me. I dont think it is a bad case at all but just felt the need to change it

Well I got my capsule rebel red in the mail the other day, it does have the sagging issue. They are going to send me a replacement.

I have the SwitchEasy CapsuleNeo. It's a great case, but there's a part at the bottom (between the dock connector and the speaker) that breaks very easily. Two weeks after I got it, I took the case off to adjust the rubber a little, and it broke when I was putting it back on. I e-mailed SwitchEasy and they replaced the whole thing (including two extra screen protectors) within a few days. Then it broke again in the same spot when I was taking my iPhone out of my pocket. I'm pretty sure the Rebel has that flaw too.

Is the piece you kept breaking plastic? If so, the rebels bottom piece is made of rubber, hard to break.

How thick is this? Can anyone compare to an Incase slider? I either want this or the neo, whichever is thinner.

I have the cpasule rebel, neo and the incase. Have the say the incase feels the smallest in the hand. Although the rebel is the eye catcher. Not as much as when it first came out as there is WAYYYYY too many rip off now that can be brought for under 10US

Is the rebel much thicker than the incase?

I bought one of the first CapsuleRebels when they became available. I really like it, but the rubber lip that runs below the home button sags a bit, exposing some of the iPhone's silver bezel. I had read that other early adopters were experiencing similar issues. Can anyone tell me if this problem has been solved? Does the rubber now fit tightly and completely cover the phone's silver bezel? Thanks!

I've only had my Capsule Rebel about a week now, but it does (at least for now!) completely cover the bezel. It fits nice and snugly (apart from a couple of semi-annoying gaps between the spine and the bottom part) and thus far has been great. I'm still waiting on a couple of ultra-cases to arrive in the mail (grr...slow shipping! And why does it take 3 days to get something in the mail when it only took about 10 seconds to snatch the cash from PayPal?!), but so far, the CR's my favorite!

I decided to go ahead and order a Capsule Rebel. Had a hard time deciding between that and the Neo. The Neo just seemed like such a pain to put on.

It's the hard rubber part, not sure if it's the same material as the Rebel though.

What about docking? I have yet to find a case that I can just place my phone on the dock?

My CapsuleNeo came with an adapter, so it fits in most third-party docks.

Mine sagged and the bezel has light scratches. They've replaced the rubbery part and it is starting to sag again. They'll continue to replace it though from what I know.

I dock mine in a Belkin USB/iPod dock $5.00 at woot.com one day and I love the stupid thing.

you are lucky that you got it in three days... I ordered mine on June 19th, they sent the electronic USPS tracking on June 23rd (NO UPDATES ON THAT YET!! and it has been a week)... and I still dont have the case. What should I be doing:confused: The USPS site still says :(:

I ordered my actual case from another site to ensure delivery by the 19th; however, I kept getting shipment notifications from Switcheasy (I bought the belt clip for the rebel from them) and I actually got 3 in the mail. All shipped different days, go figure?

I just ordered a Olive and Artic Rebel. Just can't get over the look of the case, a definite eye-catcher. I also was looking into the Switcheasy Vision Clip 2 but they are sold out everywhere.

shipment notifications other than the only one they sent the first time around (i.e. the stamps website with the tracking number... which for me has not been updated for one week now)?

Sorry, my fault-- I didn't actually receive the cases from Ultra Case in 3 days; I meant that it took them 3 days from the time they got my $$ to actually put the cases in the mail to send them to me. Actual turnaround time from the date I ordered until the time I received the cases was something like 13 days. And then the cases were a huge disappointment anyway. At least they're willing to take them back (I have to pay shipping, of course, because they weren't defective or anything), but it's still better than eating the whole $40, I guess.
