Anyone have a Switch Easy Rebel Serpent or Capsule Rebel Case?

Got this yesterday and LOVE it. I was worried it was going to be too bulky, but it isn't at all. I had a little issue where it's not wrapping around the bottom left corner like it should, so I emailed them and they responded and shipped me out another within an hour.
i have the rebel case in black and red and it was awesome the first couple of weeks. then after a while it started getting really loose and it got to the point where i had to take it off. the unlock button got ridiculously hard to push with the case on because it was so loose at the top. not so much at the bottom but it was a good case at first.
i like the REBEL, i have the REBEL DEVIL and its great, it gives very good protection, BUT!, i hate that the bottom middle part its too loose , and on the VOLUME Switch it is too loose (you can see the "chrome bezel") and the 2 bottom corners are like, wider than the rest of the case, so you can see all the chrome of the bottom of the phone. It kinda sucks cause i like it!
i would buy another one, but im not sure if mine was defective? or if all end up like mine, cause if its that i wont buy another one....

After three months with a black rebel serpent, I've moved on. I love the design, no doubt about it, but the sagging bottom and edges (that cover the chrome) ruining multiple screen covers I'm done. My dock protector went bad too, it got to where it was loose and slipping out. I think they need clean the design up some and fix these issues. I still haven't landed on a case I love. Serpent is one of my favorite designs, just too many cons or at least on the one I had.

The sagging on the capsule rebel is resolved by putting a hairdryer to the bottom where the sag is. on hot for only 20 seconds or so... molding it upwards with fingers. Then put it the refrigerator for about 15 minutes.
It works!!! No joke... Mine does not sag anymore...

apple should pass a law, theres too many dodgy cases, too much choice equals poor quality products.
why must every case scratch the phone?
some cases dont even fit.....
how hard can it be to design and manufacture a decent case?????
